Service was great and informative of membership savings and recommendations for further visits. They offered support pillows when I was lying down and a weighted blanket. One thing I would have to say is if they decide to change or upgrade the setting, I would recommend having private rooms for each client as it creates a more peaceful, quiet and private experience like a spa instead of having curtains as boundaries. I could hear other conversations and it started out a bit distracting hence the 4/5 stars. However, I learned to zone it out when Libby started my facials and scalp massage.
