We cleared out my office so I can use it for work and house guests. I now have my guest room back!! Jeni neatly organized all my books and photo albums that I wanted to keep; and everything else we were able to sort into garbage, donation, sell, and clothing swap (something my friends and I do quarterly). Jeni helped me set aside a few piles of paper and such that I need to tackle on my own, and she armed me with a plan to make this project manageable. Not only did Jeni help me tackle this project, she efficiently reorganized many of my other storage spaces to keep me on the organized track. During the time we worked together, she had great ideas and implemented those ideas right on the spot; hanging up hooks, hammering in nails to hang artwork, and created an outbox in an area I would never have thought of. Thank you, Jeni! She also does this incredible follow up where she emails you a task list of all the things we spoke about and additional items she has jotted down while we were working together, complete with links of where to buy any needed items. And she is available for any follow up questions, or in my case, design ideas. I can't recommend Jeni enough for any organizational or decluttering needs. She knows her stuff and is a joy to work with!

Me love me some Clutter Cowgirl. Jeni = awesome: she's smart, funny and focused and kinda hot, too,…read morewhich is a plus. She turned my apartment--essentially a storage space for all my crap--into a neat, livable space that you can actually WALK in. It's amazing how much stress is alleviated when you remove unwanted items. I suggest it for all facets of life. I'm sure she would, too. If you're a helpless, mentally deficient slob/shut-in/hoarder like me, you'll benefit greatly from her services. Boom.

I own a condo in Jersey City. About 10 months after installation, the hanging rod in my primary bedroom closet collapsed, leaving my clothes on the floor. When I called, they said the earliest repair appointment was a month out. Even though I was frustrated, I asked them to send a replacement rod so I could try to fix it myself in the meantime. The rod they sent was too short, so I couldn't even hire someone to repair it -- I had no choice but to wait for their appointment. When the owner finally came out, he initially questioned what I was saying because he claimed it matched the original specs. But once he looked, he realized I was right -- the rod was too short. He stayed briefly, left the parts scattered around my room, and even asked me for my own toolbox, then said he had to leave for a doctor's appointment and promised to reschedule. After that, he later claimed I missed two follow-up appointments. That is simply not true. I live in a luxury condo building with 24/7 surveillance, and no one from his team showed up, rang my Butterfly/intercom, or contacted me. Everything is on camera -- no one came. And now today, after calling to ask why no one showed up again, he's suddenly demanding a $150 repair fee in February--after coming on 11/24 without the proper parts to fix it in the first place. The fact that he's willing to lie when I have everything documented on video is unbelievable. At this point, it seems like the fix may cost more than he's willing to absorb, so he avoids completing the job and blames the customer. Honestly, it also doesn't seem like he knows how to properly fix the work himself. Bottom line: if you want your closet to be sturdy and professionally installed, don't shop with The Closet Butler.

The rod they installed was too short for a true wall-to-wall fit, and when we asked them to come fix it, they gave us a ridiculous excuse and made us wait two months. When they finally showed up, they claimed it was fixed....only for the rod to fall again two days later. After waiting another month, they sent us a replacement rod that was the exact same length as the first one. We've been waiting for a real response ever since, with nowhere to put our clothes and having to wear the same outfits because everything is piled up. The owner and workers at this company are unresponsive, inconsiderate, and absolutely not worth your money.

When her swirl of energy settled, she had winnowed it to a perfect home -- just enough furniture and wall art to make an average Cape feel amazingly spacious and comfortable. The paint colors and kitchen design she chose were simultaneously inviting and soothing. The whole house seemed to breathe, "Buy me!!" The name of the company is truly apt: the Cape sold in ONE Day, with two over-list-price offers!!! My husband and I will always be grateful to Natalya Price and NJ Staged 2 Sell! We bought a Summit townhouse that had been decorated by its previous owners in a traditional English style that, to us, seemed dated and unexciting. Funnily enough, it was similar to the décor we had enjoyed all our lives. We gave Natalya two things: a blank canvas to work with and our trust in her vision. The living room /dining room combination comprised the largest space on the first floor. Long and narrow, it felt a bit like a bowling alley. Natalya suggested painting as a first step and advised that an up-to-date neutral Benjamin Moore color AF-95 ("hush") would set the tone. To bring the space together, she selected Benjamin Moore AF-240 ("satchel") as a contrasting color which, when applied to the two end walls, took the space from bowling alley to warm and connected. After the painting was finished, Natalya set out to create and define the two separate living spaces, all the while maintaining a beautiful flow. There were already installed overhead lighting placed strategically to highlight the previous owners' artwork. Our budget was small and we couldn't take on the cost of changing the existing lighting. So, working with what existed, Natalya planned a setting where I could showcase my family art and silver and the existing lighting shone perfectly. My family and I wanted to completely different look in our new townhouse - contemporary, sophisticated and clean. Natalya knew where to shop - online! She recommended sites and offered multiple selections for my consideration. For the living room, truly our family room, we selected her first choice - a beautiful set of living room furniture, two leather club chairs and a sofa in a soft ivory color. To complement those pieces, she found contrasting dark wood tables which, not only finished the look, but provided a lot of storage and more space for showcasing art. Next, we needed an area rug to tie the furniture together. Voila, Natalya and I found on-line a contemporary piece of neutral tones with a whimsical flair. Exactly what I wanted! Next, Natalya recommended shelves and ledges, all found easily and reasonably priced at IKEA. She measured the space using exactly what I wanted to display (no easy task) and installed it perfectly. I consulted her on many other smaller details and Natalya always steered me in the right direction. She stayed within our budget and introduced me to a world of creative ideas and resources I never knew existed. What's more, we had a lot of fun working together.
