Never again! They did a terrible job with a very bad attitude! They damaged my nails and my mom's nails, and it's going to take weeks to recover from the damage they have done. I went there a couple of weeks ago with my mom and was very hopeful that this will be my new nail spot, since it's only 3 mins from my home. We both got gel manicures, I wanted a French and one of the fingers the white on it was very thick on one side compared to the other, when I told the tech, she looked at me wired as if she doesn't see it! Then she held my finger, showed it to the other tech sitting right next to her and doing my mom's nails, they both started speaking in a language I don't understand and started laughing, so disrespectful. Anyway I didn't comment any further. The following day, I noticed that my nails were paper thin and were bending, so did my mom's! I have never had gel polish feel thinner than the actual one, and the fact that my mom said the same, made me go back and ask for another coat for both of us. Again, they started talking to each other in a language I don't understand, and looking at us and our nails weird. Finally they decided to put on a top coat for both of us, they did whatever, and got up and left! No eye contact, didn't say they are done or anything! Fast forward to 10 days later, both me and my mom have the same complaints. They unprofessionally cut the cuticle from the side of the nail, that chipped the nails from where it separated from the skin on the side, and now I have 4/10 chipped nails that are very painful and will take weeks to grow out, and my mom has 3/10 nails that are totally broken! So they left me with a constant reminder for the next few weeks of how terrible of a job they did. read more

By far the best mani and pedi I've had in the area. I've tried 2 different salons and they were disappointing. A friend recommended this and I am so glad I found my favorite place. I've been going here for over a year now and love this place. It isn't the least expensive price-wise, but you get what you pay for...always quality services, clean equipment, and friendly staff. Personally I go to Tiny or Charles, but the other technicians seem to do excellent work as well. The owners are very accommodating and friendly too. At least they were honest over the phone regarding my request for pink and white. Even as they advertise pink and white it is not a true pink and white it is used in the white from French nails so the nails look fake which is exactly what I didn't want. I contacted them by phone and read them the names of the products that my nail tech from Virginia has used on me for eight years and they don't use those products so my search continues. I made an appt with Tammi per recommendation of a friend of mind and another salon girl for my friend who joined me for mani pedis today. They were great. Tammi took the time to cut my toes carefully as I am very sensitive and made sure I was okay along the way. She also removed my dip polish done at another salon gently and put strengthener polish on my nails to give them a rest. I was impressed with her attention to detail. My friend said her manicure and pedicure was done well. We got the second tier pedicure and they took extra time to massage our feet and legs. They used new utensils with the service and had the plastic wrap in the pedicure basin which I always like to see for sanitary reasons. The salon itself and super clean and relaxing. They kept getting a lot of walk ins come in and instead of rushing through their clients they told folks they didn't have any more availability for the day and to come back Tuesday when they would reopen. This was impressive to see as they took the time with the clients already there. The cost was not too bad for the Cary area. I will definitely be back! read more

This was my first time going here after moving and leaving my previous nail tech/ salon and searching for a new nail tech/ salon. Fair prices and cleanliness is a big thing for me because I've heard so many horror stories of people catching nail fungus from poor practices at other salons. Ashley was AMAZING, she is new to the salon and only works weekends but she did an amazing job on my pedicure and dip nails. It is so clean. They use bags in the pedicure stations, use prepackaged disposable files and buffers and open a freshly cleaned set of tools in front of you. I would 100% recommend, and they even were kind and patient enough to do my 4 year old daughter's nails. UPDATE!! Went back again and Tammy did an AMAZING job on my dip nails! I made an appointment for my granddaughter. Tried to show the man who I made the appointment with on the phone the picture of what my granddaughter wanted. I was trying to ask questions to understand he was explaining to me. The man flippantly walked away to answer the phone as I was asking the question. I have not seen such rudeness in a long time! I keep trying this salon because I live close but they keep disappointing me. This will be the last time I go to this nail salon. I'm so embarrassed because I took my sister who is visiting and she need to have two of here nails fixed and a French manicure. The two fixed ones look fake and the French manicure looked like a two year did them. It took them two hours to finish our nails because they didn't have enough techs working. I got a pedicure and they cut my nails pass the quick and cut them crooked. The paint job was all over my toes. I've given them many chances but this is the last and final one.
