Eve was fabulous! This was my first time at Bella's and I had a great experience. I got a French gel manicure 2 weeks ago and it still looks like I just got them done. The picture attached is of my nails 2 weeks after getting them done. As a healthcare provider, I overuse hand sanitizer and frequently wash my hands. My manicures usually don't stay long, so I'm impressed. I definitely recommend this place!!!!

I will start with my only complaintm, i had coordinated a time for my appointment and ended having to wait for 15 min, however it was worth the wait. I asked for dip with design and added on a chrome effect. I was able to show Eve the photo of what i wanted and she was able to recreate it for me. She was also super efficient and completed the whole process very quickly. I was happy with the outcome and I do plan to come back! if you are in the area I cant recommend them enough!

Eve is a phenomenal lady! Her attention to detail, care and generosity is so appreciated! Tiffany also did an amazing job with my spa pedicure! I 100% recommend this salon for any kind of nail pampering you may need!

This is the information I sent via messenger and the pictures of contact attempts with the nail tech that scheduled my appointment, not to mention, no one ever responded to the message but definitely read it: I am writing to say that I find it very unprofessional that I scheduled an appointment with Jason two days ago. My appointment was supposed to be December 31st at 11AM. I have traveled 20 mins only to find that the shop is closed and Jason not responding to any of my messages. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable because I scheduled my nail appointment according to my busy schedule for my upcoming events. I'm not sure who can reach Jason but I need to know why would a professional behave this way. As a common courtesy, he should have responded to me and let me know that he could not take my appointment in advance instead of not responding at all. I will be writing a google review as well as posting it on the Facebook reviews.

OMG I usually have a nail place I always go to but they were closed today. So sad until I came here, and was it worth it? Heck yeah check out my awesome nails. I needed a pampering today so I got toes nails and eyelashes. Aaliyah did my pedi and it was perfect and she's so nice, Eve did my nails and lashes. Her free hand design was so great. See my pictures totally happy with my visit. About 4 hours total.

Not impressed with this place at all. My pedicure was fine, but the lady doing my nails completely butchered black French tips, we took everything off to paint on a color, and then the color that she put on my nails was completely different then the color I had picked. I had something an engagement that I could not miss that night and had already been there almost 3 hours for a full set and pedicure, so left without what I went in for and with a color I don't even like. I would not recommend this place. read more

I came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure (the man who did my pedicure was fantastic and is the only reason I'm putting 2 stars instead of 1). The gel manicure was done by what I could tell was someone new/training. Within a couple days I started to have chipping and other nails had the polish lifting. They allowed me to come in to fix them, which was done by the owner of the salon. The next day I left for a long vacation. Within 2 days of getting my nails "fixed" they started to chip AGAIN. The pictures are what my nails looked like just 4 days after getting them "fixed." When I returned from my vacation, my nails were obviously in an even worse state and I went to the salon to show them so they could make it right. The owner told me she wouldn't fix them since it had been more than 2 weeks since my original appointment. I explained to her it would have been impossible for me to come sooner since I was on vacation. All she did was offer me 10% off a manicure. This was extremely disappointing as I expected them to provide better customer service by rectifying the situation. A 10% discount does not make things right and does mot show that they value their customers. I will not be returning. read more

My husband and I stopped by today with no appointment to get pedicures and we could not have been treated better! We both had the spa pedicure and relaxed in the massage chairs. Eve was amazing! Everything was top of the line, from the trimming/exfoliating to the massage and paint. We will definitely be back! read more

After moving, I was unable to visit a location of salons that I liked. Today that changed when we visited Bella's. The technician, Betty was kind, attentive and INCREDIBLE at the massage. Second time attending these services & I am pleased. Eve is a sweetheart and can do a variety of nails. First time I attended with my husband and we got mani/pedi's and they did an excellent job. Got what we wanted for a great price, and did not get cut or bled at all. My skin is sensitive, they were so gentle and kind. Definitely recommend you come here! When you first walk in, the Fumes from the Acrylics will burn a hole in your lungs. The girt who gave a pedicure speaks no English. I actually had to cut my own nail because shes either new at this or it's just not her thing. Can't wait for the Manicure. Now I know! read more

Eve told me she just took over as the new owner about a month ago and changed the decor a lot. This is one of the cleanest, most modern salons I've ever been to and the atmosphere is fantastic. To say I'm upset & embarrassed is an understatement...i called this morning to make an appointment…read morefor after work...they scheduled me for 6:30 & i managed to get there early around 6:15. I haven't had my nails done in a salon for over a year, due to the cost & how stripped my nails had gotten from doing them consistently for 3 years. So for THIS to be my first experience & them being my birthday nails, not just a daily set is SO SO SO upsetting. I'm mad at myself for not speaking up but as a guest to a service business it shouldn't be my job to do that. I say this because i gave 3 design options to the girl & she looked at all of them like i was crazy so i did my best to simplify them for her, even let her talk me out of the gold design and THIS is what i got. I'm really upset that they didn't just tell me they couldn't do it...i would've just got my toes done instead. Worst part, the cost was outrageous. They told me the price of set 1 that i wanted would be $120+ so i agreed to go with design 2 to avoid such a high price. I still paid $75 for these because of the "French tips" I'm sorry but she did less work on the tips than she did on the solid color nails. Also the length when she put the acrylics on was perfect, they didn't get this short until she shaped all of them several times over again...I'm just confused and shocked honestly that she even thought this looked like what i wanted. Let's not forget how rushed the entire process felt since they closed at 7 and i was the last customer in there a little after 7:15. Im just beyond upset and shocked that anyone would think this work looked remotely similar to my request.

I had used a technician named Julie last time I was there and she did a great job. I called today for an appointment with Julie and was told she was not available. The person I spoke with was not fluent in English. I went: Hoping for the best. First of all, there was only customer in the place at 3 p.m. Then the quasi-manager assigned a male technician. I told her I prefer a woman, because men are too rough. I was assured that this guy was gentle; no problem. My bad: I should have walked out right then. The manicurist spoke only a few words of English. The pedicure went ok, but the manicure not so much. He did not do a good job AND WAIT FOR IT, cut the cuticle on my thumb so badly that it bled A LOT. By this point, I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I love paying $100 to be wounded while getting a BAD manicure. On the way out, I asked the quasi-manager what is going on, and why can't I get Julie to do my nails? The actual situation is that the business has been sold and all of the previous employees quit. That is why no Julie and no customers. DON'T USE THIS PLACE. And to the new owner: hey, you are doing a great job: no employees and no customers. Unless you plan to use the place to launder money, you have some material issues to deal with; one of which is that I will take you to small claims court if my finger gets infected and I need to see a doctor. GOOD

We each had an attendant massage our arms and legs and feet, while we sat in very comfortable recliners. The attendants also used hot stones, which felt very nice. For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. The massage room is dim and relaxing and it feels like you've left all your cares at the front door and you are in a whole new reality. I especially enjoyed the caring treatment that the massage therapist had for me and my experience on that day. The environment is clean, cozy, but a little cool. I did enjoy mentioning to my good friend how I was feeling a little chilly and I believe it might've been the owner who walked a heated blanket over to me and asked while I was getting my pedicure if I needed a blanket that was the icing on the cake and why I feel if you need a pick me up you should definitely step into this amazing space. I will always make sure I check into relax foot spa when I am in Raleigh. I would have liked the nail technician to have asked if the water was OK and I felt that the cold water shifted my experience following the massage a bit however, the blanket and the additional heated water added it to my pedicure experience made it better.

I have not had a pedicure in months, so I was long overdue for much needed pampering. Kalyn does meticulous work and takes her time when providing nail care, so traveling the distance to Cary is always worth it. The customer service upon arrival from the manager was much appreciated while waiting for my tech to finish up another client. The ambiance is very relaxing and spacious here. Looking forward to visiting again for a scheduled appointment for my daughter's formal.

Anyway, I made an appointment for 2:15 on a Saturday, and when I arrived the salon was not too busy. My pedicure was first. I did not catch my technician's name, but she did a very good and thorough job. My feet turned out clean, soft, and pretty. The only bummer is she was unable to do a design on my toes like I always had done at my old place. Next, I had a gel manicure. She did a very good job of cleaning and caring for my nails. She did a good job on the painting itself, except for my pinky nail on my left hand. Part of it was not covered. Luckily, I chose a subtle color and the spot is on the side so it's not very noticeable. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly enough, and I got a decent mani-pedi. I'm convinced I will never find a salon I love as much as my old one in CA, but I enjoyed my experience and will likely be back regularly as long as I'm living in the area.
