That said, I was turned away from an appointment because after all these years, the front desk refused to let me begin my session before reverifying my insurance online. I was told it would take 5 minutes, and after 15 I mentioned I was on my lunch break and running out of time, and was then told reverification takes days. Great. I waited around for nothing. This was never an issue on return visits in 2021, or 2022. You can literally call the number on the back of my insurance card and verify coverage immediately. I could even pay the full price for the session, and after verification use the credits for future visits. Instead, I was refused service. Great stress reliever. The best is during my wait I asked for help with an overbilling and they promised to follow up by email. The email confirming the overcharge was addressed to the wrong name. Keep your pettiness. I'll go elsewhere.

The environment itself was fine although I felt like I was snapped out of relaxing a handful of times from people upstairs and doors opening/closing in the hallway. Massage itself was good/decent but inconsistent in some areas. Checkout felt awkward, with a lot of emphasis/pressure around tipping and packages. I was told to just sign so when I did she asked if I tipped and there wasn't a way to go back. I just tipped cash. Overall, not a bad massage, but the lack of communication and pushy upselling left a bad impression and made me uncomfortable. I'll likely try somewhere else before coming back if I do.
