This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. Without a working remote the deal would've fallen through. And a replacement remote is not even an option. This particular jack system is no longer manufactured. Our information was taken down and we were told we would receive a call back the next day with an estimate. We heard nothing for weeks. We tried reaching out to them and had challenges reaching the line. Finally one month exactly later I talked to someone who informed me the job was closed a week after it was opened. They gave me an estimate right on the spot (so it was that easy?) and I asked to speak to a manager due to the bad follow through. The response was "the manager is gone can you call him tomorrow?". That was more than enough assurance that my business was not wanted.
