I received a very quick & affordable quote from the Cellular Doctor to repair the broken screen on…read moremy iPhone. I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly. I'll be returning (hopefully no time soon) if I need help in the future. He saved me from having to purchase another phone, which I wasn't ready to do yet.
