Unfortunately, the experience was a bit underwhelming for me. I love that they make their boba fresh in-house using handcrafted, stir-fried brown sugar boba. The open kitchen lets customers watch the boba being simmered in a wok, and we got to see the staff torch the brown sugar topping before serving. We ordered through the self-serve kiosk with no wait. The shop was modern, clean, and the drinks looked promising. Since it's located in a strip plaza, expect plenty of foot traffic and moderate noise during busier times. Our total came to about $18 after adding boba and upgrading both drinks to a large. We tried the Signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and the Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Dalgona Coffee Foam. The fresh boba had a great chewy texture, but both drinks were much too milky for my taste. The Signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea lacked a noticeable brown sugar flavor. The Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Dalgona Coffee Foam was slightly more flavorful after mixing, but I was still disappointed by how mild the coffee tasted. I saw this location pop-up on social media as a new shop and my friend and I were interested in getting boba after a wonderful lunch at Inchin's Bamboo Garden. It is located in the same plaza as the Miniso, bookstore, Bath and Body Works, and Ulta. It can be a little crazy finding parking and people sometimes are a bit aggressive with trying to get a space, especially around peak meal times. Be patient and drive slowly. I did get a spot after getting lucky. The boba tea shop sells food as well, including pho, banh mi sandwiches, and a few smaller bites/appetizers. It was packed with people ordering food to accompany their tea, so it was impossible to find a table to sit at. For ordering, they have a tablet or you can order at the counter. I went to the counter as someone was entering a big order on the tablet. The fellow at the counter was polite and answered my questions about the drinks. You can adjust the sweetness on the drinks and pay a little extra for the alternate milks if you have an allergy or preference. I ordered the small size of their Earl grey boba milk tea with the brown sugar pearls, less sweetness, and almond milk. They gave me a buzzer for my order and I stood off to the side to wait for my order. I did come during a busy period, so it took a bit longer to get my drink order. The pearls were made fresh in front of me, so the bottom of my cup was warm from making the brown sugar boba. The pearls were a good consistency - not gummy or hard. I feel the tea was a little lackluster in a way and not the best I've ever had. Maybe I did get a weak batch that day, but it felt watered down and the syrup added a little flavor to it. This place has now become a favorite Boba spot in Orlando! Came here to have an early dinner before Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios with a couple of my girlfriends. We ordered from an electronic kiosk, found a table, and food was ready pretty quickly. I got the pad see ew and the earl grey tea boba with crema. LOVED THEM BOTH! The noodles were cooked the perfect chew and it was impressively a lot for what I paid. And my boba was perfection -- boba was made with the perfect chew too! Even knowing the boba are made fresh by hand makes it a better experience. Even though this place is quick service, it looked really nice inside with ample seating. Lucky to have a Xin Fu Tang in Orlando! Off the bat, this is a brown sugar boba specialty boba shop and definitely leans into it in the best way. Not necessarily a tea forward boba shop. This is THE place to get a brown sugar boba. For starters the boba is kept warm and chewy on an old timey wok stove, topped with foam and CREME BRULEED before serving. Boba is super soft, chewy, and sweet. I'm thoroughly impressed with their menu selection and execution on that level of variety. Every food item we had was high quality and flavor. Toddler loves the cheddar cheese egg waffle and Korean hot dog which had the signature stretttchhh of mozarella with hot dog. The banh mi bao had food flavor and meat thickness. I'm not a tea person, usually places like these have refreshers, or lemonades however this one didn't so I had to settle for something they called "soda" and the other drink was brown sugar milk tea. The soda was flavorless, not much fizzle & the jelly was overwhelming. I was told the brown sugar tea was ok but it had this thick layer of cream that wasn't the best taste. Ended up throwing out half of it towards the middle of the drink. Not pictured but I also got the mozzarella dog here and I found it to be too thick with not enough cheese... Was craving a boba and stopped in and noticed a few menu items so of course I wanted to try. First I finally tried the brown sugar boba milk with dalgona coffee foam and omg it was delicious! It was creamy and not too sweet! To snack ordered popcorn chicken it was nice and crispy but a lot of it felt like it was just crust and no chicken but still good. As my meal I had the yaki udon with pork and it was ferrous portion. The flavor was great and it was a good veggie to pork ratio with good amount of sauce to re heat the left overs so it wasn't dry the next day. Service was a bit slow but it seemed a little busy so can't blame them. Small space inside but good amount of seating. Lots of hype around this place! It is good, very good, but not QUITE great. The boba itself is the best I've ever had. Clearly homemade which is clear as you can see the entire station where it's made behind the counter. Let's start with the food: Bao Flight - Bulgolgi Beef, Fried Chicken, and Pork. These were good. The typical bao sandwiches you would expect to get anywhere. I would order again. The Korean Corn Dog, 1 Elotes and 1 Crunchy Ramen - these were so good. The elotes tastes a lot of just Parmesan, but the beef hotdog and mozzarella inside were both juicy and had a great cheese pull. The ramen one was extremely crunchy and paired well with the sweet chili sauce. Now the Milk Tea: We ordered their famous brown sugar milk tea and the Thai tea (our usual go to anywhere) iced with brown sugar boba. Again, the actual boba is the best I've had anywhere. Perfectly chewy but soft, and great flavor and bite. The actual milk tea was more of just milk with just a hint of tea. More reminiscent of a tiger latte than actual milk tea. My biggest complaints: 1 - order updates from their system don't exist. My order probably still stays confirmed (there's a whole timeline system there, they just don't use it). 2 - one of the guys packing orders was drinking a milk tea like it was his last milk, all while handling other people's drinks and food. After undergoing a rebrand and, I presume, new management, this location has definitely gotten an upgrade. Blended Bistro is now the newest branch of the Taiwanese chain Xing Fu Tang. While the interior looks fairly similar to before but with new furniture, the menu is much improved. Needless to say, the bubble tea was delicious. They make the boba in house, super fresh and you can taste the difference. Their specialty is the brown sugar flavor which is what I tried on my visit. But I definitely want to come back and try their other flavors. We also ordered their pork banh mi, which was also good. And we ordered their matcha ice cream. The matcha flavor was sooo good, I would come back just for that alone! This weekend was their soft opening so there was a ton of people. Wow! Came here after doing some shopping and it was amazing. I later find out I went during their soft opening. They hand roll the boba right in front of you which reminded me of some of the boba shops in the UK. I got regular sweetness for the signature brown sugar boba and it was so yummy! They're actually on their soft opening this weekend and 20% off included. We order brown sugar milk tea. As well as the coffee foam brown sugar tea and the rose gold petals brown sugar milk tea. Such a great option near home. They are very detailed with the quality of the boba. It's actually made in house and maintained hot in a hot pot as an employee mixes and served the boba. Nice casual place located inside the Loop shopping center in Kissimmee. We've ordered takeout from here a couple of times and enjoyed the food quite a bit. Portions are okay for some and big for some items. Flavor wise, the crispy pork belly banh mi is decent. The ahi tuna poke bowl is good. The gyozas and egg rolls are also pretty good. The pork and chicken baos as well as the Korean hotdogs are the best items we've tried on their menu so far. Not a fan of their boba tea. Too many tapioca pearls and too little tea, not very balanced and lacking in flavor. One star less for that. Otherwise no complaints about the food. The flavors are pretty on point. I would advise ordering ahead on their website if you're planning to dine in. The staff is good at preparing the food as far as flavor is concerned, but they are mostly high school/college kids and spend too much time chatting and being playful with each other instead of preparing the orders as they are placed at the counter. We have been here at least 6 times since soft opening. My son only ever gets the black milk tea with boba. I usually get the fruit teas. The black milk tea has been inconsistent. Sometimes it's too sweet and sometimes it tastes watered down. The boba is also inconsistent. The fruit tea is ok. I read past reviews about dirty floors. The floor is still pretty dirty even with the place not being busy. It is not the same as the NY locations. read more
