Super friendly! My dog decided to jump up on my couch in P smack in the middle of it and I didn't find it until 9 o'clock at night. So I tried cleaning it with one of those handheld carpet cleaners you buy at the store and of course that didn't work! But it got us through until I could research on yelp and find a cleaner that I liked and get something scheduled. He explained everything before he did it and asked background questions about the type of stain, how long it was on the couch before it was able to clean it up, and how much urine I was able to get out of it when I was able to clean it.
