WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER!!!! For me it is first time calling for carpet cleaning quotations. I told receptionist I want an estimate but she kept asking me questions and I was surprised since other places will give you the price right away. After been asked for my address (and not town where I live) and phone number I told her why she needed it all that for the quote then she said someone will call me back. She could said that since beginning. Her whole attitude was like you were a moron just for asking. I live in the country and my dog got injured and let herself in the house when we weren't home. I came home later to find blood throughout my entire house, and all over my brand new carpet. I tried blotting it, using water, and spraying it with resolve but it only got worse. I called Haro and explained my emergency and they came out that same day. I just had three rooms, a staircase, hallway, and two bathrooms done just today and I am so pleased! I was not able to be at home due to work so it was my boyfriend who stayed home for the work to be done and he spoke very highly about the gentlemen being very friendly and professional. I got to walk in and be completely surprised by the final product; the first thing I noticed was the fresh smell! The house just smells so clean now! The carpet is soft and fluffy as well as tremendously cleaner. The carpets are 15 years old so we were trying to be realistic about the expectations but they really, truly did a great job. I hired this company to do a full move out cleaning of my Manteca home as well as carpet cleaning. Haro said his sister Stephanie had a cleaning crew and he had a carpet cleaning business and walked the home with my husband. We knew it would be a tough job, as a week before the hone had been robbed and ransacked in the midst of out move and the vandals had left the home a mess. Not to mention we had raised 4 kids in the home for many years. The carpets turned out great, but the cleaning job was so so at best. They didn't even wipe inside of drawers, bathroom and closet mirrors were missed, toilets left unscrubbed with just chemicals left sitting, switch plate covers, and no walls were wiped at all. We basically paid them $800 for nothing (that did not in line the carpet cleaning). What a waste of money!! I could have done a better job myself had I had the time and a few friends. We did a video walkthrough and I wish I could post it on here it's bad... but the carpets did come out good. I will be using that same footage in small claims court if my landlord picks apart the cleaning. They had ample time (3 days) to do it right but instead cut WAY too many corners. read more

Vince and his guys Gary and Austin did a great job in my house. I really didn't think it was possible to remove some of the stains I had accumulated over the years but they did it. It really took no time at all too. Can't beat the service for the price. I got about 1400 sq feet cleaned for the low price of $130. Cheap !! Especially considering the results. The 3 member crew arrived with in the window, covered the floor, ran the pipes and tubes with precision and did a thorough job within the window. They showed up on time greeted me and did thier job that I payed for and he went above and beyond to make sure I was thoroughly impressed. I also have trees that need to be trimmed or removed and sheet rock work in my living room due to water damage and Im going to give them the work because of how impressive this CO is. I just had the carpets cleaned in the rented house that we are moving out of . Haro carpet did a fantastic wonderful job in removing the stains Especially the dog stains from the living room. I'm embarrassed to say that the house had real dirty Carpets and Vince did a fantastic job working over and beyond with his right hand man to make sure that I will be able to get my deposit back from the landlord . I am very impressed with Vince's customer service skills And his patience in working to make the carpets presentable. I never heard of their carpet cleaning and it's only through Yelp that I did my research and was very impressed with the comments from other customers much more than the well noted carpet cleaners here in Modesto . Vince quoted a reasonable price for all of the work - touch up painting inside and out, minor wall/stucco repair, and cleaning of heavily trafficked carpets. I have used Haro in the past and was satisfied, however, this year not so much. It was a few days before thanksgiving, and my appointment time was moved on the day of appointment and there were white spots left all over my carpet in several rooms. I did let Haro know and asked what it was...soap. Just felt the tech was in a hurry and not happy with the soap being left over. read more
