I want to say how impressed I am with Haro Carpet Cleaning! One of our pups had an accident last night in her crate and it got all over the carpets. I had tried cleaning it up with some pet cleaner but we just could not get rid of the smell! I called them up, explained the situation and they told me that he would be able to come check it out and get me an estimate. We only planned on them cleaning the one room but after how great they did in there, we had them do the rest of the house! Plus they are reasonably priced which made the decision to add more even easier to make! The pet mess space is spotless and the rooms smell amazing again. Our carpets look like they are brand new (which I honestly did not think was possible considering how old they are)! They were even able to clean our suede couches for us! I called Haro on a Saturday morning and requested a quote. They responded quickly and requested pictures of the areas that I wanted cleaned. I originally wanted my family room, living room, stairs, hallway, and entryway carpets done. Their quote was quick and affordable so I added my couches and a chair. They responded back with another affordable quote and then I asked if they could do early the next as my daughter's baby shower was the following weekend. They came Monday morning right on time. Their service rep, Bryan was professional, skilled, and kind. He worked hard and it shows. I have 1 dog, 3 cats, and 3 kids. My carpets were awful and made me feel awful. When Bryan was finished I would have cried but I don't wear water proof mascara and I had to go to work--my stairs, the hallway, all the rooms looked so beautiful. Everything smelled so good! I can't wait to do yoga on my floors again. I stopped because how can you meditate and get into the flow when your carpets look so gross??? That's the best part. Bryan didn't judge me. He was kind. We contacted them on a Friday and we were able to set up the appointment the following day. Vince was very informative of the process to cleaning our carpet, rugs, couches and tile floors. Before contacting Haro Carpet Cleaning, my husband and I have tried many different products to clean the grout on our tile floors and removing urine stains/odors off our couches and nothing has worked. Until Vince and his partner came and worked their magic!!! Vince explain how prior owners may have used some type of seal on the floors which caused dried glue looking residue around the each tile (see photo). Vince said he would try his best to get it all off and so he did. Our floors and couches look brand new. We are so happy with the results. HARO Caarpet cleaning does it again!!! I called this morning because egg nog had spilt all over my furniture and the sour milk smell was killing us. I called Vincent and within 30 minutes he was able to squeeze me in and get everything looking brand spanking new! His guy Gary was even able to get up stains from over a year ago!!!!! I used Haro carpet cleaning today for the first time and the service tech that came out his name is Tim and not only was he professional but also like to explain what he was doing and how clean the carpet would come out this is so refreshing from other carpet companies that I have used that when others have came out they just want to clean the carpet and take your money and not do as good a job as Haro carpet cleaning did today and I have a 3400 square-foot house with white carpet's and they were not that bad to begin with but once Tim was done it was like I was just moving in once again very pleased with the service tech Tim and the owner Vince Haro Junior very very good people I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

I had a difficult time trying to get a carpet professional to return my call to set up an appointment. Not the case here. Not only did I get a call back but scheduled an appointment right away. Had a lot of follow up by text which was nice. Even included a reminder that they were coming the next day. Tim showed promptly at the scheduled time and was fantastic to work with. I showed him what I wanted done and where previous professionals marked walls and cabinets. He protected everything as he worked. The carpets looked so good when he was done! Vince came to do a move out clean of ten year old carpets (the carpets suffered through 6 children and two puppies growing up over the years). Upon arrival and assessment of the carpets, he let me know that he could clean them for $175 but a lot of the stains and wear would not come out and the property management would most likely charge me anyway. He recommended I save my $175 for his services and did not charge me at all for his time, gas or advice. I very much appreciate Vince's honesty, even though it cost him! I have recommended Haro Carpet Cleaning to several friends and I will be using his services in the future for sure! read more

This was the first time I've used Haro Carpet Cleaning and am I impressed! My carpet look like new again. I have a large family daycare, although the children do not play in the living room; it is a high traffic area for families coming for drop off and pick up. Last January as I was getting my home ready for carpet cleaning the next day by another company, I got a last-minute call that they would have to cancel as all their workers have covid. I immediately started calling several carpet cleaning services in town. No one was able to accommodate me except for Haro. They had an opening at 10 a.m. the next morning. Haro carpet cleaning was out today to do our carpet. Vince and his crew did a fantastic job!! They are very professional and well educated on all their products/services they perform.
