She recommended the appropriate care at a reasonable price. Now he's sick again and it's the end of the week and we took him up there right as they opened. We were he first client the doctor saw and she recommended different care this time at a very reasonable price. Asked if we wanted an estimate for the treatment and wanted to do what was best for the cat and us. Have a lot of faith in this new veterinarian (to us). Our boy was dropped off for treatment and will spend the night there. We expect to hear from the veterinarian later. Very communicative with owners. Military discounts. Close to home.

WE have used them for years we have 2 little ones that we have taken them to for a very long time. We took Teddy our Pom to them on the 21st of August 20023 for grooming we picked him up the same day. We noticed the next day that Teddy could not stand for a very long time and he would sit down and have a hard time to stand back up we could not understand what was going on. We made him an appointment with The Ark on the 29th. We took him there and they done no x-rays or anything just gave him some meds to take and said his joints were out of place we gave it to him for 12 days he did not get better he got worse. We took him to All Creatures VET CENTER in Millbrook they were a lot more concerned about Teddy's condition as far as why he could not stand or walk. They took X-Rays and None of his Joints were out at all but one thing it did show was that he had 2 disk in his back were pinched at the top like his back had been pushed down and it caused the 2 disk too close up at the top causing the nerves to be pinched so his lower part of his body was not getting any control so he could walk or stand . It looked as if he had been hit on the top of his back and it cause the vertebrae's to collapse. Before Teddy went to be Groomed he was FINE and then this happened . The Doctor has him on Steroids hopefully to reduce the swelling of the disk if this does not work he said he may have to have Surgery on his spine and it could cost several Thousand dollars. MY question is how can you take your pet to be groomed and he is doing great and then this happens or shows up for NO REASON AT ALL . We have been in contact with Vanity Fur but NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER AT ALL. My Wife's Heart is Broken because Teddy is her Baby and I am Fit to be Tied with this

The store is clean and items displayed in a fashion where it's easy to find what you're looking for! Whomever sets the prices for the pups definitely needs to be a lot more reasonable.
