They said the tech was out sick and they forgot to call to let me know. I understand sometimes these things happen so I rescheduled again for the following Wednesday. The second time AGAIN no show and no call. I called an hour after the guy was supposed to show and left a (polite) message. I got a call back an hour later and they explained the had accidentally made the appointment for Thursday instead of Wednesday. After I explained that this was the second time this happened the guy said he could come out in an hour, but I had to leave for work, and this is the SECOND no show no call. At this point I told him I was no longer interested and would take it somewhere else. VERY poor customer service.
