He had a modern fingerprint id so that when you went back all you had to do is use your fingerprint for ID and it would be in and out for the transaction. Also there is no limit for cashiers checks like a lot of other places. They have notary services and there is a tax place attached during tax season. They have been around forever and know what they are doing not a sloppy enterprise. Everyone was relaxed and having fun, not uptight at all.

I had a good experience with them very kind and polite. As a matter of fact, I left my drivers license here.. and they called me before I even got home. It was a Friday and I asked them to hold onto it and as soon as I walked in the door, which was on a Tuesday they handed it directly to me. Very nice people.

I understand they all are franchises but this is one franchise that I would not franchise with until customer service change because right now I'm at a vulnerable point and I'm trying to ask for assistance but her attitude will make me stay at my vulnerable point and not even want to do business with anybody.
