I replied , "downstairs," the man said "good." When you are dealing with people who are not expecting death (regardless), there should be some type of professionalism. I understand you all deal with death everyday -- thats not the same for other people. The second incident - the lady at the front desk has a very nasty attitude for her to be the face of Nelson when we go in. The lady didn't greet us, didn't offer us to sit down, but instead stayed glued to her computer. The Mayor had to offer us to come sit down. She acts as if we want to be there. Also, my father died over a month ago, the lady explained that she would let me know when his remains and certificate got back. I emailed and called several times, she never replied to me. I called today and she says his remains been back for weeks. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Now, Chip (the owner) and EVERYONE else on the other hand were VERY nice, and showed some type of respect. MS Lady at the desk and "dundabug" are the reason I will never use Nelson Funeral home services again.
