That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.

    Titan Alarm Company Az! Negative 10 stars!!!…read more Many years of alarm not communicating when alarm alert happens. they sent out two guys in the past few years. The last one was the second guy they sent out because of the system failing to communicate. I've been paying for service I haven't been receiving! I have an alarm because for me that Equals safe and sound. I also believe I should be receiving services I've been paying for. when I do get to talk to someone who will answer the phone instead of recorded message. I have asked for Mike to call me several times! the company sent two people out over like the past few years for the same issue and has never corrected the issue yet continued to charge me. has never called to try to correct the issue when I was with Dan ( the alarm company that sold us to titan ) he answer the phone and immediately resolved any issues or problems that might occur. what Dan did do was make sure your alarm system was working properly and the service was there. I find it alarming that an alarm company doesn't correct an issue ! The Alarm goes on it's alerting you you believe the alarm is communicating to inform the company to speak to customers or call authorities. yet it fails to communicate and has been failing to communicate!!!!! you never receive any responses or calls. we know why but it's never been fixed!!!
