This is in response to Mark's comments: As I previously stated, Mark was a NO-SHOW! After posting this negative review, Mark was quick to text me stating he not only came by at 10:30 am (A COMPLETE LIE!), but also left a business card and then returned at noon. I sat in my livingroom right next to the front door from 9 am-11am (my window with Mark), with all blinds open, including the window that looks out towards the street, and no one ever came to my door! At 11:15 am, I left to go grocery shopping, as I don't wait past the window time (actually gave him an additional 15 minutes). Mark also states he left a business card; interesting, because when I came home, the first place I looked was to see if there was a note or business card on the front door, of which there was none. Any reputable contractor who arrives during the window HE set up and doesn't get a response from the customer would typically call them; not Mark. He didn't call when he was on his way (I did not expect him to), nor did he call when he allegedly "rang my doorbell several times with no response." I was home at 10:30 am. But that's ok because surveillence cameras don't lie. Garage door opener apps don't lie (ie, when it was opened then closed to leave, and when it was opened then closed after I returned). I don't chase contractors. They are to show up within the window stated or call to say they are running late or need to re-schedule. Original review: NO-SHOW! I contacted Mark not only via email, but by text message as well. I emailed him exactly what I needed done along with links to the items (TV, TV stand and power surge protector) so that he would know EXACTLY what needed to be done and to provide an estimate. I also gave him my address and phone number so that he could determine what part of town I was in before bidding on the project. I needed a TV stand built and a 43" TV mounted. We agreed to a window of 9-11 am, today, 8/31/2023. He not only failed to show up, there were no phone calls or an email stating he could not come, that he would be late, or needed to re-schedule. It is 3:15 PM as I write this. I spent the time preparing the area for him to work, had everything ready, and he just didn't bother to show up. It saddens me that, there are contractors such as Mark who have no respect for people's time. If you value your time, don't waste your time booking Mark as, he may just ghost you too. read more

BEWARE!!! Don't use this company!!! Mark the owner claimed to be licensed and insured but will not release any information to me and has blocked my calls.He drilled into a pipe caused a flood and hung my sound bar upside down and the tv is not centered. He caused extensive damage I understand accidents happen and Mark agreed to come back and finish/fix the mistakes he made and give me his License and insurance but instead he chose to avoid the situation. So I'm not sure but he may have lied about being licensed and insured but i have my home owners insurance looking in to it. read more

All I can say is WOW! We've used a certain squad from a big box store last time. They didn't hide the wiring or add an outlet behind the tv. Mark seemed very sincere when we started the project. After the installation is where the problems began. It took months to get it operational and when we inquired about the warranty he indicated he was our warranty, just call and I'll o here he said.
