He listens and makes recommendations when necessary. I felt that he provided a thorough intake and exam on my first visit. He did present a suggested course of treatment with various payment plans and even offered a discount for paying up front. After the intial package, he performed a re-exam and took new x-rays. During my review, he showed me the baseline as well as the updated films along with a suggested maintenance plan. Although I drive 30 minutes, I feel that Dr. Toland provides the necessary treatment.
