He removed my broken crown and prepared the tooth for a new crown. Rather than taking a goopy runny impression, he used the lasted technology to create a digital scan of my tooth which was immediately sent to the lab for fabrication. A temporary crown was made and fit very comfortably. While not many people, if any, enjoy having their teeth worked on, this was a pleasant experience. Recently, I developed an infection on my upper gums, which was very concerning, as it wasn't going away and my gums were swollen and red. Therefore, I called Dr. Hawk's office and made an appointment with Felisha, who does a super job at the front desk. She made an appointment with Nichole. She said Nichole is the best Dental Hygienist and will take care of you. How right she was, as Nichole did a deep cleaning, injected antibiotics, and put me on a program to eliminate the problem.Gum disease is no laughing matter, but after three weeks my gums are much better and swelling and redness are getting much better. Dr. Hawk lied to the BBB and stated that the blisters on my lower lip and gums were canker sores, which is patiently false. I went to another dentist to document the horrible extremely painful blisters I received after a routine visit with Dr.Hawk. They were not diagnosed as canker sores of any type. Dr. Hawk acted like nothing was wrong and never apologized for his carelessness.
