Young lady told me "we don't have those this time of year" as if I should have known that. I have never had plants before. No one spoke to us being a black couple, the y looked as us like why are you here. I go to the deli counter they see me standing there and they never came to see what I wanted. We found the cough drops on our own. No help We put them on the counter they waited until we moved our hands. To be so young and prejudice is sad. We won't ever go to that store again.

So not a very good grocery store at all for the Port Arthur area. It's expensive and it's missing various things that I would want. I would give ZERO stars if I could…read more I ordered $100 worth of flowers for my mom for Easter and selected the option for the florist to pick their flowers as I didn't want to order anything that was out if season. When they arrived they were beautiful. Then, less than 4 days later they were dead. I left them 2 voice messages without a response. When I finally spoke with someone (she said she was the owner), she sounded like she never heard about my issue. I told her what happened and she blamed the flowers dying early on excessive heat. She said the flowers should have lasted for 2 weeks. I assured her these flowers were in a temperature controlled environment and not near/on anything hot. I would have asked for another delivery but the fact that she clearly has less than the average customer service and florist skills, I asked for my money back. She said she couldn't give 100% back and offered 50%. That's not acceptable to me considering the flowers didn't last for 50% of what SHE said they should have lasted. I asked if she could offer more and she declined. I told her I'd have no choice but to dispute it on my credit card which is when she hung up on me. Unfortunately, I ordered these online and did not directly order thru this company. Had I seen the other reviews on Yelp, I would have never ordered from this company. Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else.
