As soon as i left that place i called Bebe's and spoke to Brandy. I nearly cried explaining my situation and told her i was only looking to have the lashes removed but if there was any chance a tech was available within short notice to re apply them i would book with anyone. Brandy was so understanding and kind, bless her heart she booked me later that same day with herself. When i tell you the difference in salons!! Everything about Bebes was so professional from the moment i got there, she went in and disinfected the room. The beds were so comfortable and cushiony. She even placed a knee pillow for back support and gave me a blanket. She spent more than an hour removing the lashes and explaining every single process that was going on, everything that was being applied to my eye and making sure my eyes were not irritated or in any way uncomfortable to me. She did a beautiful job at reapplying my new set and was so delicate with me. I know for a fact i fell asleep several times. Not once did she seem annoyed, frustrated or bothered by this crazy ordeal even though the process took hours to complete. She really took her time and not once did i feel rushed.
