Unfortunately, I have very fussy shoulders and the mattress was way too hard. So I called and talked with the owner Vinny and he said "no problem, we'll just come pick up your mattress and put softer innards in." General manager Cody came back and picked up my mattress and I told him that it was way too firm and I could not sleep on it because my arms went numb. He took the mattress, and brought it back the same day but told me that the type I bought was likely never going to be soft enough and that I should try it and let him know. Sure enough, it was still too firm. Cody was so kind. He warrantied the mattress, made me a new one, and delivered it and took the other one away. I've had the mattress Cody made me for a week or two now and not only have I gone back to sleeping on either shoulder(I'm a side sleeper) but I sleep through the night! Talk about customer service! You cannot get a non-toxic, made in the USA, customized mattress at Costco or Mattress Firm.
