Scam Alert - Manager at the N. Division location is deceitful and dishonest. We came in asking for a memory foam sofa sleeper. Manager had us try the memory foam sleeper they had on the floor so we could feel what the mattress would be like. He let us know that our memory foam mattress will "puff up more" after it's out of the plastic wrapping. He had us sit on a sectional by the same manufacturer so we would have an idea of what the couch would feel like reminding us it would be different because that one had springs inside and ours would not. Our family was so excited to have the sofa sleeper arrive. Imagine our shock when we open the sofa and it was a spring mattress! This was not what we were shown and not what we ordered. We have been offered a refund only if we can return the couch within 5 days. We have to pay to return the couch - so we have now paid nearly $200 for a couch we did not order. Purposefully deceitful and dishonest business practices. read more

Daren is a liar. We agreed on the phone on a certain price for a bed that included taxes. When I arrived the next day and told me I was wrong and he never agreed to that and seemed very agitated that I even brought it up. For someone that allegedly doesn't make commission, he really through a big fit over $20. Unfortunately for me, they were the only place with that specific bed, so I had no choice but to purchase there. The customer service here is above any I've seen before. Brian and his team were soooo helpful. I ordered online a bunch of furniture and paid. I'm military so I was not there. I was arranging it so it would be delivered when I arrived. There were some hiccup but nothing that the store caused. The staff was great talking with over the phone and in person when I arrived. One of the dressers were damaged and again, not by the store but the manufacturer. Brian stuck it with me for over a year to make sure I get a replacement dresser. I purchased from Frank at the Spokane Valley location in May 2021, the transaction itself was fine but the quality of the furniture is completely contrary to what I was told about the Jackson Furniture brand. While they took care of the bracket that pulled loose from the sectional because the furniture is so light it moves when you sit on it and I'm not huge. The arms of the sectional feel like cardboard underneath the fabric when you put pressure on it. While it is very comfortable I don't expect it to last years. It wasn't cheap either! Beware of anyplace that sells low quality and brags how well made the brand is to your face. read more

Do not go to the store and like unless you like rude attitude hipsters as sales clerks.... Hipsters I don't mind actually, it's the sheer rudeness that gives this place one star. Just moved to the Spokane area from California and will need to furnish my new home - but Spokane furniture store will not be getting my business. The little hipster sales clerk with the beard and black rimmed glasses went from mediocre helpful to straight up back alley rude in a matter of one minute, just because I couldn't remember where I heard about the furniture store, if it was a Google search or drive-by. He made all sorts of rude remarks like "well thanks for being specific"... And, "... maybe we can pay you to get out of here..." and so on. I'm not sure if I feel bad for him because he hasn't gotten lucky in a long time obviously, or if I'm more insulted by his lack of customer service. We went in today to look for a really sturdy steel framed chair/ recliner for our adult son who has special needs and is hard on furniture when he sits down. I bought a headboard at Spokane Furniture. I was told I needed a metal bedframe to go with the headboard. When the bedframe did not attach to the headboard when went to the company and they said they did not sell us the bedframe. We had to buy that seperate! We bought the bedframe and then the mattress frame did not fit the bed. Since this process took us overy 30 days to get a complete bedset they would not return the matress frame. When contacted by a Manager he was hostile and degrading. NEVER buy from them. They cannot be trusted! read more

Diane P.'s characterization of Spokane Furniture company as "amoral" in her May 2020 review resonates with our recent experience. We purchased two dining chairs in March. While they were "as is" one of them failed very recently from routine use in six months! When we got in contact with Brian, who identified himself as the general manager, all he could say was that it was deeply discounted and that the warranty no longer applied. When asked for his supervisor, all he was willing to do was say that Zack, the owner, may or may not get in touch. Businesses need to turn a profit, but Brian had an opportunity to ensure return business, but instead chose the contract over the customer. With so many other furniture options to choose from, we'll be looking elsewhere and will encourage others to do so as well. read more

Small, independent, and locally owned. It is the reincarnation of a long ago and once defunct furniture company. It sells mostly beds, not Sealy but off brand, for relatively affordable prices. The beds are comfortable, supportive, and have the same warranty as most Sealy ones, at 1/3 of the cost. Staff is helpful, delivery is an independent contractor. If I wanted another new bed I would consider this place, but hopefully I won't need one for 20 years :) read more

The selection though didn't seem to be all that great and the quality of most of the products seemed to be on the cheaper side. I went in to Spokane Furniture Company today and I'm glad I did. I'm new to the area and needed to find some furniture to fill up my new place. Unlike MOST furniture stores who shall not be named (ahem Mor ahem) no one followed me around the store or tried to sell me anything. I found everything I needed and for great prices all in about 20 minutes. Brian was super helpful too when I had questions. Friendly staff, great selection, and great prices. I called the N Division store to make an on-line purchase as I am unable to go in to the store in person. I was met with a customer service representative who refused to take my order or listen to my request and ended our conversation by hanging up. I called the Valley store, still wanting to make the purchase and was told that, yes, due to the fact that the CSR "talked over me" and was rude, they aren't going to sell me anything because I "might be an unhappy customer and complain about the purchase later". Easter helped us pick out quite a few things the other day. She was great! No pressure, sweet, and gave us a great deal! We went in for a table and bar stools, but left with a lot more! We were planning on buying our bedroom set from another store but read a lot of bad reviews so we found our way to Spokane Furnture Co. and saved almost $400 on the bedroom set alone! This is a great furniture store. They are no pressure sales and really seem to care about the customer. Most impressive is that they are willing to work on pricing. I recently ordered a few pieces and later decided to add one more piece. I had priced it online and discovered it for varrying prices. When I went in to order, they quoted me a higher price than I had found. I just mentioned that I found it online for less and they immediately matched the price. No questions asked. You don't find many places willing to do that. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be starting with them for future furniture needs. read more

I was forced to go to Spokane Furniture on a beautiful Friday afternoon. Based on my previous experiences at every retail location ever, I expected to thoroughly enjoy myself compared to every other feasible option I could think of. We entered the store, it was sunny, relaxed and full of furniture (yes, they sell furniture there). A few of the employees said hello to us and let us know what was available on each floor. After that, we walked around. A few moments later, I looked behind me: There was no over-eager sales person on my coat tails. Why? Shouldn't I be hearing about their fake liquidation sale that was only available this very moment? Please, I thought, please make me hate you. After only twenty minutes, we had narrowed down our choices. Ok, time to talk to that frigging guy. We went to go talk to the gentleman working. His name was Matt Only. Matt Only talked to us about pricing, the differences in the furniture we liked, and what he could do to help us. The money kept falling out of our pockets and each time he would bend over and pick it up for us. We finally decided on a set and Matt Only gave us a great deal. Helping a needy family who was given a voucher from DSHS for 1 kids bed at Spokane Furniture. I called to see if I could purchase a second mattress so the family could pick up both at the same time. Clerk was very helpful and friendly and offered to match the price for both items. She even chased the family down in the parking lot so they could load up the second mattress, saving the family a second trip into town. We were visiting my nephew for a few days and helped him buy a bed. This was the first store we priced mattresses, the staff Easter was very nice and helpful and did not pressure sales us at all. We wanted a reference range for our purchase so went to three more mattress companies in town. We were all shocked with the high pressure sales and the games the sales staff tried to play with the newbies from Minnesota..We went right back to Spokane Furniture when they opened in the morning and bought our original set that she had showed us for a very good price. My nephew loves it. We needed delivery that day and even though it should have taken to the next day the Staff Easter did a lot of calls and got it done that day! Yaay. I walked into this store after being scoffed at all day by other places...I had $375 and needed a new pillow top mattress that came up no higher then the back of my knees due to my inability to get in and out of bed from the pain of having spinal cancer. When I stated what I needed and how much I could spend I was expecting to be taken to the back of the store to a dark dank moldy smelling room as was my experience at the other stores but NO I was taken to an absolutely BEAUTIFUL mattress which was reduced in price by the sales associate to match what I could afford to pay! The salesman worked with me from point A to point B to get me the mattress I needed at a price i could afford with a friendly attitude and a smile at the end!
