Per their website: "We are always accepting Danish Modern, Mid-Century Modern, contemporary and other quality, gently used furnishings on a case-by case basis. All items considered for consignment must be in very good to excellent overall condition, be clean and in good repair, be currently acceptable and salable in style, design, colors and dimensions, from a smoke-free environment and preferably made by better quality classic and contemporary manufacturers." I emailed them some pictures of quality American-traditional furniture after having them appraised. They didn't answer my email, so I sent another one a full week later, they are closed 3 days a week, maybe it was overlooked. Second time they responded quickly with "they aren't taking any pieces at this time." This is fair, the response was quick and simple. I responded again by asking for any recommendations. I don't consign furniture. I'm not familiar with this process so I ask for guidance as I feel they are experts in this field. Silence. My question was valid, I briefly explained I need help. It appears to me they don't want to help a customer unless the customer is spending money. Two suggestions: 1. Update your website to let they public know you aren't accepting pieces at this time. Even if your item sells within days, they'll go ahead and hold your payment for a full 100 days from when they put it out on the floor (for a place that doesn't allow returns, this makes zero sense). After those 100 days, they'll take their sweet time actually putting those checks in the mail, and then, surprise, surprise, somehow the check will get "lost" in the mail. They've been rude and dismissive all along, and at this point, they have stopped replying to me and it seems like they see no problem just keeping the money I'm owed. Would give negative stars if possible, and I'm baffled this place continues to exist being managed in such unethical manner.

Unfortunately, I have very fussy shoulders and the mattress was way too hard. So I called and talked with the owner Vinny and he said "no problem, we'll just come pick up your mattress and put softer innards in." General manager Cody came back and picked up my mattress and I told him that it was way too firm and I could not sleep on it because my arms went numb. He took the mattress, and brought it back the same day but told me that the type I bought was likely never going to be soft enough and that I should try it and let him know. Sure enough, it was still too firm. Cody was so kind. He warrantied the mattress, made me a new one, and delivered it and took the other one away. I've had the mattress Cody made me for a week or two now and not only have I gone back to sleeping on either shoulder(I'm a side sleeper) but I sleep through the night! Talk about customer service! You cannot get a non-toxic, made in the USA, customized mattress at Costco or Mattress Firm. Twilight's prices are very reasonable, their product is fantastic, and you cannot get better customer service!
