I hired NightHawk Remodeling in May 2025 for a $48K home addition. I was told it was feasible, but weeks later, they reversed that and proposed a layout that took away more than half my closet -- a major deviation. Communication was poor, timelines slipped, and the drafter showed up unannounced. I terminated the contract and requested a refund. NightHawk is withholding my money despite delivering plans that ignored key requirements. I've filed a formal dispute and may proceed with arbitration. After occurrences of no responses, i was hopeful to schedule an appointment. Days later after consistently attempting communication a time was schedule. The Nighthawk representative was contacted before the scheduled time to communicate a possible few minutes delay, due to an unforeseen work shift. The representative was unwilling to meet. I arrived two minutes 40 seconds past the time. I had to reschedule, minutes before the appointment the representative contacted me that they would be 30 minutes late. The representative never showed up. This is truly poor customer service!
