Highly recommend for Edgewater Community! Called them as our dishwasher was not working. Mr. Harrison came out Wednesday and stated we needed a new motor. He ordered a new motor during the service call and returned Thursday afternoon to install it. Reasonable price for part and labor. read more

Couldn't be more pleased with the prompt service! I reached out to another vendor about my dryer not working and was never contacted back. Then my friend referred me to call Harrison Appliance. I sent an email late at night about the situation. Imagine my surprise when I got a response back immediately from Ashley. She scheduled Terry to come out the next day! Wow, such prompt service. I took an image of the model and texted it to him and he came prepared with all the necessary parts to fix. It was a fraction of the cost to repair vs. buying a new one. I am soooo pleased and happy to now have a working dryer again. Definitely will use again if needed and refer to anyone having appliance issues. Unreliable. Harrison was a third-party vendor for Sears. Supposed to come between 10 and 2. Did not show up and no call. Repeated calls to their office rolled to voicemail and were not returned. Called Sears and insisted on rescheduling with a different vendor. DO NOT USE unless you like being frustrated. Wish I could give negative 5 stars. read more
