I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they scheduled me for the next day. The technician arrived in the specified time and got right to work cleaning the carpet. The result was a much improved appearance and feel. Even though it was recommended that we give 24 hours to allow for the carpet to dry, we waited until 30 hours had passed. Our experience was just okay. Cleaner spent zero time pre-treating. Our small end tables and nightstands weren't moved. We had asked for our loveseat and large coffee table to be moved-it wasn't. The cleaner seemed a little grumpy and tired, I can't blame him for that as a crew of one. The cleaner left black scuff marks on our white stair treads from the carpet cleaning hose. Originally I considered getting my dining room chairs cleaned too, but not anymore. It was easy to schedule the appointment online, and the cleaner showed up-so those were both positives. Spoke to the owner about the issues and he said they could return in a few weeks to spot-clean under the furniture that wasn't moved-that was his only "resolution", no thanks. read more

White Knight Steamer was a Godsend! We had a serious cleaning problem in our home due to the illness of a cancer patient undergoing chemo. The carpet and an upholstered chair was stained with vomit and human feces/urine. Rocco came in and completely sanitized the whole area and made it like new. No odor, no stain. I called Rocco to clean an area rug in my great room and the tile and grout in my master bath. He returned my call right away and was able to provide service within a couple of days. Couldn't be happier. I got service next day after initial inquiry. Which was so exciting. We moved everything we could for carpet cleaning and bath grout clean. Technician put protectors on bottom of remaining furniture and cleaned entire carpet. The clean smell was fantastic. We have two large dogs so the carpet was very dirty. It is super clean, bright and fresh and the grout has all the orange NC dirt removed. We also had two club chairs and ottoman cleaned. All the orange dirt was removed and they look like new! From the initial phone call, estimate, email the day before with tips on preparation, day of cleaning communication arriving when scheduled and professionalism of technician were all first rate. The carpet on the stairway and hall were given a bit of extra attention and all rooms looked great, were reasonable dry and smelled nice with the free sanitizer. There was none of the you need this, moving that is an up charge, we quoted X but room was bigger, needed spot care or any of the other add on stuff experienced with the yellow trucks and others. The carpet cleaning Rocco did was OK. It was nothing more or less than any other service can do. I'd give him 3 stars on that. However, he damaged a brand new item in our house and when confronted, he lied. He claimed that the damage I showed him was "old damage" and had "been there a while". He could not have known that the item had been installed, new, less than 24 hours prior to his damaging it. He was the only person to be near the item during that period. To give him the benefit of the doubt it is possible he is just sloppy and did not realize that his carelessness caused damage. The other possibility is that he knows he caused the damaged and he deliberately lied about it and accused me of lying. Take your pick of either of the above scenarios, I would never allow this man to work for me again. read more

We hired Rocco's team to try to remove some pretty extensive pen stains from our beige couch (thanks to our 2 year old Picasso). we had tried everything to no avail and even Rocco couldn't guarantee perfect results over the phone. but they are truly miracle workers - every pen mark is gone and our couch looks new again! not to mention the customer service was second to none.
