We had to make them come back to finish our fence and they SPRAY PAINTED the pipe ends. It was so bad we had to go back and repaint them. We withheld $150 from the final payment because he left a pipe sticking out that we asked them to cut. We paid for a solar gate to be installed. The day they "finished" the gate, I had to climb up over the solar powered gate because they closed it and left the openers on the front porch. Darren gave no guidance or explanation as to how the gate worked. 3 weeks later I was leaving for work and the gate wouldn't work, which made me late to work. My husband called and texted him but he never answered or returned his calls. I called him from work. He told me he was not going to come look at the gate because we had withheld $150 (due to him not cutting the pipe and us having to hire someone else to come out and do it). I told him he needed to back his work and product and come look at it and he hung up on me. I texted him and he refuses to come look at the gate. It's disappointing when contractors care so little about the quality of job they do and they can't guarantee their work.
