Did the test right in front of me and everything, had me believing her lies...said it wasn't even worth $10-$15. Took it to the pawn shop up the street and walked out with $75 cash because the ring wasn't stamped 14K for no reason. Their test said it was gold. Either her equipment doesn't work properly, she is ignorant, or intentionally lies to people.

When I finally caught up with them while they were open to pick it up, they charged $150. That matched what the jeweler told me up front, so there was no issue there, but it highlighted the lack of internal coordination.
