We noticed the prong holding the main stone in place appeared to be loosening. They told us it was nothing to worry about and that the stone was secure. At the same appointment I ordered a necklace for my wife and a sapphire stone to be placed into the necklace. This necklace took over two months to come in. I called every two weeks or so to check in on the piece as it takes me about an hour and a half to travel here. I was constantly hung up on or would never get an update on my jewelry when they told me they would call back after they check in on it. We have now had our second inspection and instructed them yet again that the prong was loosening even more. We were told yet again that it was fine. Two weeks after the inspection and my wife's center stone is now free floating and moving around in her band. We were told that we needed to make an appointment in order to get repairs done to the ring. I have now been waiting over 30 minutes for my "appointment" and no one has yet to even look at our ring. We are completely unpleased with our interactions here and will be driving to the Newnan, GA Jarod's to purchase all of our jewelry and have inspections conducted.
