With only 18 hours on the boat and I have more…read morethan 18 gel cracks in the boat, all observed coming from manufacturer installed screw locations. Crownline has requested I drive the boat to them, and pay for half of the repairs, with no warranty for future cracks or warranty on cracks they repair. This is a new boat, which was very well taken care of. To add I did not get to run the boat much that first summer because of part which allowed cooling water to the engine kept coming off. I later found out that this part was recalled in 2020. How does a part get recalled in 2020 and not get caught by the dealer on a 2024 boat. It took me 3 times taking it into the mechanic to have it repaired. Then the dealer calls me and tells me I have to take into a factory authorized mechanic to have the recalled part replaced. This killed most of the summer for boating, and now Crownline is trying to get out of gel coat repairs. These cracks are mainly come from the window area, but they are all over the boat. I have them in back of the boat where lights were screwed into the hull. I have them in the front of the boat where hinges are at. I have them at snap locations where tarp is at. I have them at the cleats are at. And they are big, some 2 1/2 ft long. This is a new boat. My experience with Crownline has been a NIGHTMARE! Fixing gel cracks is not cheap! It is expected to have few on an older boat, but to 18 on a new boat is ridiculous! And to have a manufacturer run away from it is even worse.

Over the last 4 plus months we have used our new boat sporadically and only have approx. 14 hours on the water at this time. Overall, we have had a great experience with the dealer although they have continued to have delays in getting answers to warranty repairs that need addressing and that were noted initially with Crownline. Ultimately it was suggested that I as the owner contact Crownline about the warranty issues. The issues are a small spider crack in the paint/gel coat next to the bow anchor lid. In late January 2025 we were asked by the Crownline claims department ( L, Whitworth) to obtain a bid for repair which was obtained at $760.00. this was ultimately forwarded to claims. This has now been refused to repair under the warranty. The other warranty issue still being asked for were the FACTORY installed fender inserts as part of the original boat build. The bow inserts were installed to low and cannot and have not been used as they do not clear the exterior boat flaring trim. If used this would cause damage to the side of the boat. Numerous pictures have been sent to claims and we are being told they will not be fixed as this is customer abuse!! Additionally, we are also now being told that due to purchasing this brand-new boat at year end pricing no warranties will be honored! Accordingly, I have sent 3 emails to Kevin Riem asking for some help on these issues with no responses received. I have also contacted L. Whitworth in claims with phone calls and have not received any call backs. Needless to say, at this time my wife and I are very disappointed in the total handling, lack of communication and failure to handle obvious warranty repairs. This was our first experience launching at Mack's Marina. We paid our our $10 fee to use their ramp. When we backed our trailer down the middle of the ramp, the right side of the trailer dropped in a hole breaking the tail light. The owner denied the issue and told me I just backed the trailer in too far. He could have cared less and was a real jerk. I should have looked online first. When googled, I saw where others have damaged their trailer's, some reporting axel damage. Needless to say, we won't launch here ever again, I'd advise you to use caution if you have a long trailer. Our tritoon is 25'.

My boat is a $100,000 tri toon boat that was in mint condition when it was put in on their lot with the cover on it. Thry says they have responsibility to it and that our insurance should be the one to cover it. They also shredded the power of attorney papers and told us no one needs any extra paperwork floating around. Very shady dealership and I would not recommend them for nothing. i had to hit the one star for this to submit but there is no stars for this business that my boat got damaged on their property in their possession and feel they have no responsibility to.
