Performing my usual walk around the trailer as I do every fuel stop I realized one axle had no wheel, no hub, trashed axle spindle.... No idea when it happened. No indications from the trailer. Pulled at 77MPH the entire time. I serviced all four wheels last Fall and topped off the wheel bearing grease in June of this year. Just goes to show, sometimes it just doesn't matter what you do things just fail. Anyway, after searching we limped our way over to Youngblood RV. After 8 hours with Youngblood's technicians trying to repair the axle we threw in the towel and started the return journey home rather than attempting another 8 hours away from home and then 12 hours back. If you ever find yourself in Mayfield, KY in need of anything related to RV or camping, or grilling, or golf carts, do yourself a favor and go to Youngblood RV. Ask for Trevor Youngblood. I took up 8 hours of bay time and use of his time. He didn't charge me a single penny. Class act people...words can't convey my gratitude for these folks.

I had stopped for gas and then decided to go in the convenience store for a soda. When I came back out, the car wouldn't start as the automatic shift knob was stuck in neutral. Figured out how to remove the boot over the shift knob and push a yellow clip and unfreeze the shift knob into Park. Car still wouldn't start! Travis arrives in the tow truck and finds the issue is the shift cable was missing the bushing that holds it to the transmission. He said he had a mechanic that may be able to fix it if the part could be found. Unfortunately, no part was available and car was towed to VW Dealer in Marion, ill (55 miles). Monday morning, the dealer called saying they could only get the complete cable installation kit and it would cost $1977.00 installed. They also said the Part wouldn't arrive for 3 days. I called Travis and he sent me the number to a local mechanic. The mechanic had me picked up from my motel and we went to the dealer and towed the car to Johnson's Auto and Truck. The part was delivered and I was on the road back to Kansas City. I was saved by Travis with Jason's Collision and by Johnson's Auto and Truck repair. Turned out that I was Lucky, Lucky, Lucky! Thanks Travis and Johnson's Auto and Truck Center! You saved me $1800.00 and a 3 day hotel stay! Thanks just isn't enough! Gerald Moore

After 10 months, we decided we wanted an East to West Takoda fifth wheel toy hauler. I was disappointed to read horrible reviews of every dealer within 300 miles of our home. Word of mouth from family members took us 1200 miles from Florida to Kentucky for our experience with this amazing family-run dealer. They did not have the Takoda on their lot, however, Andrew contacted East to West and acquired one from the factory within six weeks. There was zero attempt to sell one of the units on their lot. They heard what we wanted and made it happen. When the unit was delivered to them, they spent several days inspecting and repairing manufacture defects - both cosmetic and functional. They readily conceded that this was a very complex rig, and they spent hours of their own time reviewing owners manuals to provide us with the knowledge to enjoy our fifth wheel without beginner's frustration. The over two hours of personalized instructional videos they made were priceless. Special shout out to Colin and his video on the electronics. The rig was covered in Post-it notes detailing what each switch did along with helpful tips. Lastly, when Bill went to take delivery, they walked him through and encouraged him to stay a couple of days. When severe weather came through, they offered a nearby family member's home to take shelter. These are amazing people who run an amazing business! It had a large crack on top of tank and when it fills up it goes all over the ground, The 3 month the hot water tank went out 1000.00 to replace it and a few months later the heater went out 700.00 for that now the refrigerator went out and that will cost about 4500.00 to replace..So not Happy about any of this... I've held off on posting this for a long time, but enough is enough. Our experience with this shop…read morehas been one of the worst we've ever had, and the amount of issues we've dealt with after their work is unbelievable. First, they broke our steering knuckle and never took responsibility for it. Then we discovered that the repair we paid for wasn't even done correctly -- they used the wrong bolts (mind you they found a random bolt and cut it off and used it instead), didn't complete the job properly, and said nothing. On top of that, they broke our axle and tried to hide it (picked our truck up pouring differential fluid that had just been changed the month prior) and they damaged our differential sleeve (resulting in us having to buy a new differential) because they kept having to pull the axle out due to mistakes they had already made. We specifically asked if any additional parts needed replacing and were told, "You basically have a new front end." That was simply not true. Critical parts, like sway bar links, should have been replaced during the work they performed. Instead, they left the sway bar links digging into the lower control arms -- the very same control arms they installed. Because they didn't recommend the correct replacement parts for our lift, we're now dealing with another blown axle, plus the already botched bolt work. Every issue we're facing traces back to this shop and no one else. And each time we've expressed concerns, we were met with a nonchalant attitude as if these problems were no big deal. I get it trucks that are older and higher mileage will have issues but you can't point fingers at others when they simply knew what they did was wrong and tried to hide it. If they would have been transparent and honest with me things would be different. I did address them over these issues and they again point fingers and tell us we have a lack of knowledge of mechanics but as we mentioned previously they must be the ones lacking knowledge since they didn't know to replace the sway bar links and left them digging into the lower control arms. We are not wealthy, and we don't have money to keep pouring into repairs caused entirely by negligence and dishonesty. We've spent thousands fixing the mistakes they made, and we have service records and receipts for every issue uncovered after their work. They do not care. They did not offer to help, say sorry, oops, nothing. only played blame game. It says a lot that I wouldn't even trust them to correct their own mistakes -- I'm convinced the truck would come back in worse shape. I've warned others to stay far away from this shop, and unfortunately, we're not the only ones who've had similar experiences. At this point, I don't believe they can make this right, and if necessary, we will be taking further steps. This shop has proven to be completely untrustworthy, and they will never touch our vehicle again. We assure you this review will be met with a defensive blaming response trying to make excuses. We have heard them we don't tolerate excuses you can't blame people for stuff you hid and only you touched. I'm sorry! Just be professional and honest that's all everybody wants.

Called Doug up, he said he was really busy but would stop out if he found the time. Two days later he pulls up and fixed the issue with our camper roof. He also took a look at our water heater (which we hadn't been able to get to work). He was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it. He was so nice and helpful.
