I had an excellent experience at Boswell's which is where I got everything fixed for a fraction of the price. Bill and Tom, the latter of whom is the owner we're super friendly and nice. Tom's wife answers the phone and is polite and courteous. I wanted the job done quickly and efficiently so that I could get my car back on the road otherwise I wouldn't be able to move forward with the rest of my work in business meetings they were very understanding of that and made sure that they did everything to accomplish it and exceeded my expectations I have absolutely nothing horrible to say about them because they're such wonderful folks and apparently they've been in business for a very long time and they know what they do and they're good at it. Im stuck in a extremely unsafe…read morelocation (20 minutes at best away from this company) a two lane bridge where the 3ft cement wall separates me and the water. THEY CAN CARE LESS. On top of that it is pitch black out here. This company does not accept any roadside assistance company even though their website says otherwise (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT). They just want money. Money over the customer. They just trying to get a stupid fee off of me in cash and then had a nerve to tell me they coming to take my car regardless and I have to get the police to call them to stop them company from getting my car. I have used my radside assistantance many times and i jave never been treated this way. So if you want to pay a stupid amount that is way more expensive then all companies then use at your own risk. DONT EVER TRY TO HUSLE A HUSTLER.
