My 2020 Dodge Charger ScatPack was stolen from Louduon County and was recovered in LaPata, MD. When I talked to John and told him the issue that USAA was trying to say that the towing company wasn't willing to work with them. He asked me to put on three way conference call because USAA wasn't telling the truth. USAA was trying to force me to pay for the impound and towing fees. If John didn't step in and tell USAA this was the insurance company responsibly pay for the impound, towing fees. So my car moved to the dealership. My car would've never be moved. There's not too many towing companies that willing fight for their customers but they did for me. I really appreciate what John did for me. The service was prompt, professional and they moved the car to the dealership with no issue. The tow truck driver called me when he was on his way to the dealership. Picked up car per insurance claim for delivery to service center. They never delivered the car and then accused us of lying about a delivery time. Like other reviewers, I demanded they return the car to my home as I didn't trust them at all. The stereo was turned up full blast when I got in, which means someone was screwing around in the car. Fortunately for me, my car records all activity around it. Pulling footage later today and will be reporting to the police if this went out for joy rides. Update and response - I can assure you the stereo was not turned up full blast and the climate system was not set to "camping mode". Someone was CLEARLY screwing around in my while it was on your lot. Video doesn't show a joy ride, but it does show your imbecile working yanking on my door handle because he couldn't figure out how to unlock the car. Also, be honest with the yelp people here. I told YOU, I told YOUR DRIVER and I told the Insurance Adjuster that the car needed to be in Rockville by 8:30am. I has complete assurance from all that it would be there. It could not have been more clear. Claiming that the road was blocked as an excuse for not doing what you were instructed is just a flat out lie. An as update, my husband requested the car be returned to our home. After such poor customer service, we felt more comfortable having it home and going with another company. The car was initially towed around 6pm and ultimately returned at our request, around midnight. The owner would like me to only comment on my experience with the company, so I will comment that I did not enjoy having to wait hours for the tow truck to arrive, the uncertainty of not knowing where OUR vehicle was, the rude and nonchalant response from the company regarding our SOLE means of transport, nor did I enjoy staying up until midnight on a work night waiting for OUR car to be returned. Let me start off by saying if I could give this towing company a ZERO I would. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was in an accident on March 25, 2022, the Sheriff of Charles County, Maryland called this towing company to tow my car to their lot. Once I was discharged from the hospital, I called the towing company to find out if I could get all of the items from my car - the owner (Muhammad N.) was RUDE as HELL informed us that he is not opened over the weekend but to call back later on that day to see if he would have someone to meet us on the lot to remove my items from my 2019 Cadillac XT4. My husband called him on a number of occasions that Saturday, March 26 to NO avail - he even told my husband to call back on Sunday, March 27 after noon and he may have someone coming in from Richmond, Va., that would be able to assist us. Still BS - it wasn't until Monday, March 28th that we were able to meet him at the towing lot to remove the items from my car.... he was late arriving and then was extremely rude and unprofessional. Fast forward -- we contacted the insurance company to let them know that we had removed our items from the car and signed the release so that the insurance company could remove the car from their lot in order to estimate the damage or make a decision to total the car. T and T towing held my car on their lot for over 3 and a half weeks. The insurance company paid them to deliver the car to the collision shop to start repairs and they (T and T Towing) took the car but would not leave it because they did not know how to park the car so they left the collision shop with my car and took it back to their towing lot. My car was just delivered to the collision shop on April 20, 2022 - I am totally pissed -- now my rental amount will be over on the 27th of April because of this asshole - Muhammad N., who deliberately kept my car on their lot to milk additional money from my insurance company --- even the collision shop stated that is what this Towing company did and they should be held accountable. I will be reporting them to the BBB.....and everyone else that I can. Horrible towing company and Charles county should not be using this company at all!!! read more

My car broke down around 2:00pm I then called my insurances company to get a tow I was told this company will be in route to tow my car to the dealership and they told me it would be 30 mins. The pick up time was then push back another 20 minute. I got a message through the chat saying that I was picked up. I called the dealership around 6:30pm to comfirm that it was dropped off and they said they didn't have it. which means my car was left there for hours. I really don't see how this towing company have any bad reviews and although I received this company through my insurance company please know it was my insurance company that had me waiting and stranded for 4 hours not this towing company for my insurance went through three different towing companies before this company agreed to take the tow... the others were unwilling to accept a 1 mile radius drop off which pushed my time back...a great deal... Tayya pronounced as Ty...came all the way from Silver Spring to tow me and constantly kept me abreast to where he was and showed empathy for my situation. Tayya was a very honest and positive guy. Driver came, and got out of his truck with an attitude tried to drop the ford excursion in the middle of the road, we told him to pull to our garage door on the other side of the building where we pull vehicles in which is where every other tow company drops for us and he flat out refused to do it, then dropped the truck off in front of our building, called our customer at home and said we were being rude to him and said he was bringing the truck back to her. All this in front of a brand new customer whom had never been here, the customer couldn't believe how this driver was acting and offered to call our customer and let her know what really happened. This guy apparently hates his job, and needless to say is no longer allowed to bring vehicles here, I personally called the company and they didn't offer much if any help. so good luck if you use these people hope you don't get the same guy we did. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I just experienced the most DELIGHTFUL customer service with T and T Towing in Waldorf MD. This company exudes with EXCELLENCE!!! I would give them a 10+ star rating if there were more stars to click on. I had been trying since Thursday evening to get my car towed going through my insurance company, which uses a third party company to set up roadside assistance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an absolute disaster with a company not showing, one showing without the proper equipment and another lying about the time they could arrive, given a different story to the third party company and myself. I wrote a lengthy complaint to my insurance company on Thursday night and Friday morning. I called the insurance company yesterday evening and spoke with such a wonderful woman that went above and beyond to provide assistance. She even called the third party company and another tow truck company, while I waited on the phone for about 45 minutes. She came back on the phone and was just as frustrated as I was, told me to call a tow truck company on my own and the insurance company would reimburse me. I got online this morning and googled to find a towing company, using the words "best tow companies in Waldorf MD". After reading the GREAT REVIEWS about T and T Towing, I immediately called the company, it was 8:54 am. I figured with the weather (freezing rain and iced roads), I would call early enough to have my name placed in their cue and once the weather warmed up, they would get to me in a couple of hours, as there was no rush on my part and I wanted to make sure they were able to do so without risking their safety. The owner told me that someone would be to my home in 30 mins or so. With the road condition, I figured about a hour or so. At 9:13 am the owner's son called to let me know that he was on his way and I was pleasantly surprised. He called back at 9:42 am to let me know that he had to take a detour due to an accident. He was apologetic and I told him I completely understand and for him to be careful. At 10:05 am he was calling to let me know that he was outside. He was the ABSOLUTE consummate professional in every since of the word!!! He immediately began working on my car to charge my battery, explained exactly what he was doing. It had already been a busy morning for him and he received a call from one of their drivers regarding a call and he apologized for being on the phone, which was less than a minute, I told him I understood completely. My car charged and he explained everything to me about recharging the car. He ask me to look under the hood before he closed it down to ensure that everything had been put back in place; I was IMPRESSED!!!! It always gives me great pleasure to write a good review about a company who provide OUTSTANDING service and who goes ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure the satisfaction of their CUSTOMERS. They exceeded my EXPECTATION in customer service. I am so PLEASANTLY pleased that I used this company.
