I was told by Brian Seidel that someone took over the lease @ 6533 Superior Ave. Sarasota , Fl 34231 ( less than 45 days after I left) and that I was released from all obligations. I asked for written confirmation via email, releasing me from dreadful TRIPLE NET LEASE , but never received anything. It has been over 2 years now and I am still not able to get in touch with Brian Seidel. I do not recommend doing business with this company, they are unethical and completely "money hungry".
