The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.

They have not responded until I went to Yelp and requested a quote under a fictitious name. The cracking in the back patio creates uneven surface which is especially visible during the winter. They addressed it last year when they were doing our front steps by saying resealing the patio will make it look really nice. The patio only got worse. When they were pouring the back patio, they had to stop. Next day they came in with the jackhammers to take out half patio. I asked what was going on and it was explained that the concrete had too many rocks. Why would you only remove half the patio? The side of the patio that was pored with the new concrete has had no issues. I contacted them to remove my existing front walkway and replace it with a grander one. They IMMEDIATELY suggested and added to the job, drilling rebars into the existing porch so that the new walkway wouldn't sink (like the old one did). Everything was done efficiently, professionally, and on time. I obtained a few other quotes for the job and this company was the one that submitted a reasonable quote, which I accepted. Previously I did not have a driveway - just two gravel tracks. Manuel and his crew were done within DAYS, were super organized (the rest of my yard was literally untouched), and it looks amazing. My garage is set wayyyy back detached from my house, so it is a very long driveway - it's been over a year, and we love it. Several neighbors have asked for his info, even leaving notes in my mailbox, and everyone agrees that I brought up the whole block's value. This is a long-term investment that has already started to pay off. I'll also add that my village, in spite of my permit application being sent in in November, did not tell me until two months later in January that they were going to tear up my street, the gutters, and that everyone's apron (including my brand new beautiful apron) would be destroyed, to be fixed at my own expense.
