I was interested in purchasing a used Nissan Rogue, I looked on their Website and they showed they…read morehad 3 of them. I had an interest so I filled out a form.listing my name ,email and phone number and asked to let me know if they were available. I submitted the form and it said their Internet manager would be contacting me. So far 3 days and crickets. If you do not have the vehicles a text, email or phone call could have been made to let me know. This is why I do not deal with this dealer. If I contact any of my other local dealers in the area, they respond. So Trieber Nissan, you will never get any of my business. Thanks for nothing.

On July 28, 2025, I visited Treiber Nissan in Johnstown and purchased a brand-new 2025 Nissan…read moreAltima. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. I was greeted by Rich, who assisted me with the purchase. When I attempted to test drive the car, it would not start and had to be jumped. I was told this was "normal" because the car had been sitting, so I trusted their explanation and proceeded with the purchase. The vehicle only had 33 miles on it at the time of delivery. Just days later, on August 1, the battery died completely. While the dealer offered a tow, I declined because I did not want the embarrassment of having my brand-new car towed from my workplace. I was left without alternate transportation and had to manually jump the car the entire weekend until I could bring it in on August 4. When I explained the issue to the service department, instead of replacing the battery, I was told they would simply charge it. Steve McMillan, the service manager, was unprofessional and rude. When my husband drove the car to the dealership and it would not start in front of the service entrance, Steve dismissively told him the vehicle "could not be fixed" that day and would have to be returned later. The car was kept overnight and returned to me on August 5. Unfortunately, the issues persisted. On August 20, while out with my son for school shopping, the car once again failed to start. When I contacted the dealership, they told me I would have to wait until August 29 for service and again offered no alternate transportation. I brought the vehicle in the next day, August 21, where it was finally kept overnight and the battery replaced. Throughout this process, Steve remained condescending and treated me with complete disrespect, raising his voice to me in a way that felt unacceptable. Only when my husband intervened did his demeanor change. Additionally, Rich offered me his personal cell phone number and told me I could call him if I ever needed a ride--a gesture I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate. To make matters worse, after getting my car back, just minutes off the lot, I noticed a tire rapidly losing air. By the time I got home, it was completely flat. When I had it inspected at a different Nissan dealership, they discovered a pinhole puncture that appeared deliberate. I had to pay $200 for a replacement tire since it was not covered under warranty. The fact that this vehicle was sold to me with a failing battery yet still passed inspection raises serious concerns about both safety and integrity at Treiber Nissan. Overall, my experience was extremely negative from start to finish. The lack of professionalism, inadequate customer support, and outright disrespect I encountered have ensured that I will never return to this dealership, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
