Anyway, Eric is right in my neighborhood and took my super dull kitchen knives and sharpened them razor sharp. So happy with the results that I even purchased one of his knives. I love that he's an 8 minute drive from me in my old hood El Cerrito. Eric told me that he sharpens by hand which is something I totally suck at. He was able to put a new edge on my serrated bread knife that previously wouldn't cut! Haven't tried it yet but it looks brand new.
