The angel behind the desk told me I didn't have to fill them all out anyway and instructed me in what to do. Everybody in the office was extremely efficient as were the following technicians. The last one actually did the complicated imaging. When I got to see Dr. Molpus, he competently told me the results and described the procedures in layman's terms. He is a complete, very knowledgeable professional. In addition, he didn't talk down to me because I am elderly. I see why I was referred to him. The whole practice is given A+ or five stars.

I took my daughter for a consultation to get her wisdom teeth removed. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and I felt welcome! And then the dentist opened his mouth. Boy was that a mistake. His first question was if we were vaccinated and then he immediately said "Don't be silly and go get vaccinated and get all your boosters." I ignored his ignorant comment only to be berated for 10 of the 20 minutes we were there on how he made sure that he and his entire family were vaccinated and how he STILL got C.... but by the grace of God it was mild but he still felt the need to get IV antibodies even though it was a mild case but he managed to make it through because of the vaccine. He also said his anesthesiologist tried to inform him that masks are ineffective and told her to not be stupid and he's the boss so she has to wear the mask because he said so. This man talked over the top of me, refused to discuss the actual issue at hand and never showed us the xrays. He told us that "Its just what you do" and "I made sure every one of my family had their wisdom teeth out". He never once gave us information that we needed to make an informed decision about my daughters dental care. My daughter was worried and wanted details and information but the only thing he could tell her was "I've done this 124,000 times and all you need to worry about is getting back through that door." He was cocky and sure of himself (Which can be really good in a dentist!) But refused to give us the information that we wanted to make an informed decision on our own. If you care at all about NOT being lectured on your medical decisions, if you care at all about NOT being railroaded, if you care at all about being given the choice with all the information you need to make an informed decision, Even if you agree with vaccines but just don't feel like supporting other people who insult their employees and patients for not agreeing with them, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.

First, assistants are clearly not trained on taking X-rays; so they end up taking three times as many. This happened twice, and both times after I had already been told I wouldn't need further xrays because my previous ones were recent enough to be of use. Twice they suddenly canceled my appointments after I was in the chair. Twice Dr Gildon got confused about which tooth we were working on, claiming not to ever have known, though she'd confirmed it at the previous appointment; then after canceling my appointment and when I came back again, she suddenly claimed to know which tooth it was... and then in the end she would not work on it at all. If there was an issue, she could have mentioned it before I took the time to go in twice more, not to mention have all those unnecessary X-rays and going to a dentist during COVID!!! Finally, the one tooth Dr Gildon worked on on my first visit now has decay and discoloration and sensitivity all around, none of which it had before. I would not trust or recommend this place.
