When we graduated I gave each of my closest friends a Sterling Silver rose, because of its beautiful, lavender color. When we had a reunion, my friends and I, got together, and again I gave each of them a Sterling Silver rose! Hart did such an amazing job wrapping each of them individually. The flowers even made it on my long drive, in the summer heat, while meeting up with my friends! Each flower was so beautiful and appreciated! Well, today I was making some donation request phone calls, and Chris, of Hart Floral did not disappoint! He agreed to donate a gift certificate for our event to celebrate the Thomas Downey High School teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week in May! I still have not forgotten that Hart Floral helped with an amazing donation for my son's school when he was in kindergarten, and we had a school auction, way back when! Very disappointed. The first arrangement arrived and was lovely but several of the lilies were wilted the next day. I called and they were very nice and sent another arrangement and took the original. These were sent to my mother for Valentine's Day I was so disgusted I had them resent by another florist for the same price. The first pic is what they sent the second one is the resent flowers. The Lily's we're just ripped off the stem and shoved in. Not recut. They were never gonna live. The roses are grocery store grade at best. No reason to keep it long enough to be dead. I ordered a get well arrangement for a dear friend who was in a local hospital. I had given the person who took my telephone order two special terms of endearment to be used in the card. I googled the spelling of the two words to assure the names were correct. When my childhood friend received the BEAUTIFUL floral arrangement, the spelling of the two terms of endearment were wrong. I called Hart Floral regarding the miss-up and the person who took the order apologized and offered to re-send the card. I responded by saying no thank you because the damage was already done. My friend was disappointed in the card. My friend loved the flowers but she wanted to place the card in her album to revisit at a later time. After hearing how upset my friend was over the badly spelled names, I called the florist again but asked to speak to the manager. He was the person who answered the telephone. Upon hearing of the mix-up, he offered to send a bud vase with two flowers along with the correct spelling of the two names and the same message in the card the following day. The two pink roses with baby breath and greenery with a lovely pink bow tied around the bud vase made my very ill friend's day. The manager saved this transaction and because of his response, I will always use Hart Floral in the future. read more

I'm not one to order flowers very often, but the 4 or 5 times a year I do, Hart Floral has come through for me in every occasion! I've had them locally delivered, placed orders for distant folks and have even picked-up "emergency flowers," (guys: you know what I mean!) on a moments notice, from their shop in Modesto. Never once a problem of any kind. And in latter the case, although I might have been panicked, the Hart Floral staff routinely bailed me out -- and with a smile. On a larger scale, for both my daughter's wedding and, then, the death of my wife, Hart Floral came through VERY BIG for us! In two VERY stressful situations, it was comforting to know the experienced Hart floral staff would just "handle it" and relieve us that portion of stress. I just trusted everything would be right, and they nailed it. I SOO greatly appreciate what they did for us! Finally, in comparison to the web flower services, Hart Floral's arrangements are prettier and the plants and flowers, SOOO MUCH, fresher! I won't go anywhere else for flowers!!!
