This one star is more than they deserve, it should be zero. I met with the respiration therapist today and it did not go well. She did not want to meet with me so she called me before my appointment to say she had a printout ready for me. I did not ask her for/nor did I need a printout. I have never been called by Hart Medical after picking up my equipment for any kind of wellness check. I had a massive air leak with the mask I was given. This massive leak was on her partial report with the wrong start date on it. She disputed the day that I picked up my equipment. This air leak continued for 39-40 days, it was loud and dried my eyes out daily. The leak only stopped after an internal medicine/sleep doctor prescribed me a new mask. My machine is not recording all the time that I am doing "therapy". This was my main concern, which did not get addressed. I was hoping that she would look at the machine since I packed it up and brought it, but she did not. I was there less than 15 minutes. She gave me her printout and wanted me gone, that was obvious. I did not think that they had any "professional" people working there. The tech support has also given me bogus information. You must call M-F, 8:30-5 ET and leave a message. You may or may not get called back from their tech support. I have also spoken to Brian, the Regional Manager. I have called him twice since we last talked and he has never called me back, which makes me feel marginalized, ignored and frustrated. I think I saw him leaving the facility today. These concerns about them need to be reported to Medicare. It is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I think about other vulnerable people who cannot advocate for themselves. Hart Medical could care less about you and do not mind articulating it! If you have relatives, friends, or acquaintances who may need medical equipment DO NOT RECOMMEND HART if you care about them and their well-being. read more

Giving Hart Medical Lansing MI a 1 star is being generous, if I could give them a zero I would. A week after getting fitted and starting to use a cpap, a Hart Medical rep called me to see how things were going. I discussed with him a problem, the representative offered a solution. I called back to accept the solution. There was no documentation in my record of the proposed solution. There was no documentation of who had phoned me, no documentation of the contact at all. So they requested i come back in for another fitting appointment, a 2 week wait to get in. Requested i go all thru the facial scan again, really, has my face changed in 2 weeks? (No, they didn't retain the original scans). Got there for my appointment, kept me waiting over 30 minutes past my appt time. Brian explained to me there is no other option. I said the phone rep offered me an option and I want to move forward with that. Brian stated he's the Regional Manager and he knows there's no other option. So I asked him why then they had me wait 2 weeks and then come on for another appointment. He had no answer. I pointed out the phone rep had given me bad info, my record had not been updated to document the contact, they requested I come in for an appointment for nothing, i wait more than half an hour past my appt time, and then told there is nothing they can do, just a complete failure all around, and complete waste of my time. Run, run, far away from this medical equipment provider. They are really bad. read more

My doctor sent a prescription over to Hart medical for a new CPAP machine 5 months ago. Which i have not received. My current CPAP machine is having issues and needs to be replaced. I have made several calls to them regarding this matter. The people I talk to don't seem to have clue how to resolve this matter and I get the feeling they really don't care one way or the other. I have also left several messages and emails with no return calls or email responses. My doctor has tried contacting with no success. Hart Medical in my opinion opinion sucks!! Unprofessional agents with screaming kids in background. They are rude and have no idea what's going on. Every agents tells you something different. One says device shipped, one says waiting on paper work after the first says it's shipped. 8 weeks and no medical machine ordered then told another 6 weeks. Never will go through Hart again. read more

On Thursday April 23,2015 at 4:45 pm I was impressed as the lady that waited on me came outside spoke to a lady,went back inside got a couple knee braces brought them outside for lady too look at.Now that's customer service! Complete run around. This company is completely unprofessional. No one is able to answer a simple question, all they seem to do is continually transfer you and put you on hold. It is impossible to contact a store directly. I have been on hold for over an hour and this is the third time I have called. My doctor has faxed my prescription for a Cpap review twice and they never seem to have received it. They might as well be located in China. Terrible operation. read more

as a customer I am displeased with Hart Medical. I've dealt with four of their locations in regard to orthopedic & CPAP supplies. Every department has fallen short. I am utterly disgusted with their Southfield location. So much so, that I am going to talk to my employer (Henry Ford Health Systems) to allow me to go out of system for CPAP supplies. read more

Their Billing is Terrible! I received an Invoice 6 months after my ER visit for supplied equipment. I then received a voicemail before the invoice was actually do telling me I was late paying. I tried to call back and they only take voicemail to call you back in the stated "24-48 hours" I then went to pay on their website to end this nonsense and their website payment service does not work!!
