someone from SWAG read my review here on Yelp and researched what happened and wrote a follow up email apologizing for the lack of communication. it seems my initial email ended up in their junk folder. Those things happen. I appreciated them making an effort to problem solve and to reach out and contact me after the fact. Kudo's to them for taking my feedback seriously, apologizing, and learning from the experience for future customers they work with. I had a great experience working with Swag at this location. Haiden did an excellent job staying in constant communication with me via email and phone and made the whole process simple and hassle free. I needed 24 shirts silk screened and I was using a polyester material. Haiden reassured me that they could do it and it would look great AND that his shop could get it done within my time frame. He wasn't wrong. The end product was outstanding and very professional looking and was completed on time! And it was all done for a very reasonable price. When I went in and wasn't totally happy with the way the embroidery came out on the proof, he did two additional proofs for me free based on feedback of charge. You can tell a lot about a company based on how they treat customers with small orders. I just need 5 shirts embroidered, but I was given excellent customer service. They got my order done a day earlier than I was initially told, and the shirts look great. The price was reasonable too. read more

I normally don't leave reviews good or bad but this wasn't a normal transaction either. I had ordered a shirt to wear to my nieces basketball game with her face on it (corny uncle stuff). When I came to pick it up it wasn't ready in fact the shirt I ordered (color and style) hadn't even been delivered to them. Being a single shirt order I expected for them to apologize and move on but they took the time to dig through the warehouse find a shirt for me and do the print immediately. Unfortunately our experience with SwagNW was pretty awful. The manager, Cindy, @ the SE Portland location actually told me (word for word) "I don't listen to half of what customers say." This was after she told me that our order would not be done in time for our open house/launch party. She was told over and over that we needed our order by a certain date and when this was brought to her attention AGAIN, there was nothing that she could do. I emailed the OWNER of SwagNW and even he didn't offer to make things right. Needless to say a large amount of money was spent and the customer service was awful. We chose a local company for a reason and they didn't deliver the service we expected. Not only was Cindy rude and would not take responsibility for her actions; she also tried to change our design over and over to better suit her likes. Please think twice before using this company - we really did have high hopes and I am writing from a small business here in Portland that takes pride in our ability to serve the community. read more

First off I have never had anything embroidered and I had no idea what to expect. I called around most places I had to leave a message and a few I never got a call back. Since Swag answered their phone and said what I wanted would be no problem I decided to give them a try. I went in with little to no expectations and the gal was super helpful she explained all about the embroidery and the fees involved and we picked out polos and thread colors to match our brand new logo and I was starting to get excited.I took about 2 weeks I went in yesterday to grab the polos we had picked out and practically giddy with the outcome. Took them back to the office and the guys were very excited about our new branding and I just sat there thinking, gee that was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. So I definitely after my experience would recommend this company they were very nice and did a great job. We are getting some tee shirts done this summer for our retreat and I will let Swag do those as well. read more
