Not much help arriving at the kiosk to be honest...I just needed something small a tinny logo on the chest area that I designed. Understandably there was a $35 charge for inputing my personal design into the embroidery machine but was being charged another $25 for the actual project to be done. And it couldn't be done same day they said it was a 3 day process as they are a "3rd party" which I did t understand. Although you would get a slight discount if you wanted larger quantities of items made otherwise I recommend Top to Bottom they have Great embroidery and even printing as well. Additionally you can bring you personal clothing in to get used for the work you're wanting to get done! read more

I am so happy I found this place just in time for the holidays! I have a bunch of new babies in my life, so I had a custom blanket made for one of them and I wanted to make just a bit more special. I turned to Yelp for help and found Stichworks. At first, I didn't think a kiosk at the Lloyd Center was a place I wanted to go, but all I did was take my custom blanket to the mall, walked right up to this kiosk by the Old Navy and told the gentleman stitching a hat that I wanted a few letters embroidered in the corner of my baby blanket. He let me pic the size, the color, the font, the everything! He was super helpful and did not waste any time. 45 minutes later I had the most affordable customization I've ever invested in! The blanket was cute already, but the baby's initials in the corner was that Midas touch that it needed to be extra special. TLDR: If you want to be the best gift giver this holiday season, then I recommend coming here for any fabric customization needs. read more

i couldn't believe how hard it was to find an embroidery place in Portland, but this place showed up on a web search - and for it to be a simple kiosk in a mall? however, i asked for three items to be embroidered, a hat, a vest, and a winter jacket. I recently worked with Ishmael on a rather tricky cap project with intricate artwork that could have gone to the dark side, if not handled expertly. Ishmael rose to the occasion and my son's cap, with the pristine logo 'XO' (to celebrate my son's computer game he's developed) was a huge hit! They wanted $10 to embroider two 1/2 letters, which I was fine with when I thought it was going to be done when I while I waited, but when I found out they wanted me to come back so they could close 40 minutes early, I wasn't pleased. They were fast as well as helpful; I was able to troubleshoot the size and placement of my custom text, as well as select the perfect thread color for my project. We brought in Christmas stockings to have our names embroidered on them. Long story short, one of the employees messed up my sons name on it. They are non replaceable items and I was throughly upset. Not even a day later the owner, Shadan, personally called me and not only apologized, but promised to fix the mistake and give us a $15 credit for another future purchase.
