As this was a very emotional time for my family, all of the staff here treated my grandmother, father, and other family members with the utmost respect. They were courteous to all that stopped by the chapel to see my grandfather before the funeral. They dressed my grandfather up well. He looked like the grandfather I remember as I grew up, not the man that lost weight during his sickness. They arrived to the house to give us extra chairs, set up the guest book stand, and arrived the day of the funeral 30 minutes beforehand to take us to the church which wasn't even 5 minutes away. They were also very efficient in helping aide my aunt around who is in a wheelchair. Overall, they were great. I recently attended a funeral at this funeral home. It was a very nice service. But we were very…read moreupset about the handling of the flowers. They were very expensive flowers. Usually the flowers are set up with the grave but our flowers (and all the others) were set on the ground over to the side in the 90 plus degree heat. We went off to lunch and came back a couple of hours later. The flowers were still laying on the ground down the hill from the grave. They should have, at least, been put up by the grave.
