The lot was mostly empty, and my car was unattended for approximately 2-3 minutes before it was booted. The enforcement agent, Ace, was sitting in a nearby running vehicle when I parked, observed me leave the car, and did not warn me that payment was required or that the vehicle would be immobilized almost immediately. I was charged $150 to have the boot removed. Regardless of legality, this felt far more focused on predatory collection than reasonable parking management. Experiences like this create a hostile environment not only for drivers, but also for customers and nearby businesses that rely on services and short-term traffic.

Each person I've spoken to has had an obnoxious attitude. First, I have to pay them $40 to get my things. Two days before my daughter's bday my car was reposessed with her gifts inside. The man who answered picked up and told him I'd made an appointment and never showed up, which is a complete LIE!! That rep stated that now it would cost me $60 to get my things. I'm honestly not even sure how or why he thought that was ok, but that's one of the main things that brought me here. I can't stand scammers or their obnoxious attitudes. The icing on the cake was calling this morning so I could schedule a cab to make sure I got there on time. God knows I don't need any more problems from them. The rep told me with that same lousy attitude we don't just give out our address randomly. I told him I have an appointment and they've been so difficult from the start, that I was just trying to make sure I could get there on time. He said since my appointment is in 2 hours they will text me 1 hour before stating the address. I'm guessing I'm not the only one they've pissed off this badly.
