Good lunch option in the path! Harvest green is located in David Peacaut Square in the path. Long lineups often form during lunch time but goes through pretty quickly. Another option is to order uber eats in advanced. Portions are big here and prices are affordable especially comparing with other nearby options. There's a variety of chicken proteins to select from as well as fish and falafel. The sides are delicious. Overall a very filling and satisfying lunch.

One of the cheaper places to eat in the PATH around downtown Toronto. This place offers fresh salads and generous protein portions for your order. The best value is probably your chicken kale salad for around $12 after tax, or the Cajun Cobb salad for around $15 after tax (if you want some more oomph to your lunch). The chicken is cooked to perfection and all have amazing seasonings! The lines look long during lunch time, but it actually makes quite quickly. There will be someone who will take your order and follow you along the conveyer belt until the salad is in your hands. Payment is made at the cashier at the end of the line.

This place makes good food! I ordered the Jerk chicken bowl from their menu and it was phenomenal! The chicken is so tender and the veggies are perfectly seasoned. Highly recommended!

We ordered jerk chicken and honey chicken. Chicken is very juicy and tender. Sides are good too. Like the potatoes. Will order again!

Harvest Green is my go-to lunch spot on a busy day whenever I'm visiting my company's Toronto office. Loaded with an assortment of veggies, a decent amount of chicken, and a kick of blue cheese to make this salad unique, you couldn't really ask for a healthier, tasty fast meal. The lineup might look long during busy hours, but it moves along very quickly.

Best hidden lunch gem within the PATH! I urge you to run here if you don't want FOMO. I used to come here at least once a week when my work office was close by. My go to order is the grilled fish with kale salad, roasted potatoes with mushroom sauce. The grilled fish is seasoned perfectly all the time and grilled to perfection. Each time I order this, it's consistently the same quality, quantity and taste. They definitely don't skimp out on the protein. They have about 8 different dressings for the kale from your classic balsamic vinegars to your unique green goddess dressing. The roasted potatoes are awesome - always say yes to that mushroom sauce because it adds that something something on top. They have a wide variety of marinated chicken, salads and combos. You can never go wrong with what you order here, it's so fresh and delicious. The price is worth every penny for what you pay. There is always a line here that warps around but there are so many workers there that it goes by very quickly. They've worked on the most efficient way to cater to the number of people they have in line.

Harvest Green is hands down my favourite take out spot for healthy high fibre & high protein meals. Their prices are on par with similar spots such as Freshii and Basil Box, but their meals are better quality, freshly made, and their chicken / fish is the best I've had for takeout. Their protein (About double what you get at other spots) are always cooked fresh. The chicken is BBQ'ed in their indoor grill which gives it a nice juicy smokey char and their Basa fish is battered & pan fried fresh. Although the lines may look long sometimes, I noticed they employ more workers during high traffice periods so the it moves along fairly quickly. Compared to other spots, they offer more options which are less highly-processed. For example, you can opt to get baked sweet potato bites instead of pasta / rice (Altho these are also offered!) I'd eat this everyday if I could.

this is probably the peak version of working man's food court lunch, simple selections efficient service and fairly tasty

Great food at great prices so naturally the lines are long. They usually begin at about 11:45am and clear up at about 1pm. It's in a food court at the southern end.

Holly fashizzle. Just discovered this little gem in a food court. It's fresh grilled chicken with whatever sides you want affordably. Tried the honey chicken bowl on Kale today. It was tasty. Get here early as the line up is quite long, but they are military like efficient.

Food: 5 Stars Service: N/A Ambience: Food Court This place is located in the food court underneath Metro Hall. It seems to be a popular lunch place as I have noticed fairly long line ups the times I have been here. The menu seems to offer quite a number of options but I have always ordered the chicken with kale salad, potatoes and depending on my mood rice. My favourite flavours for the chicken are honey garlic and bourbon. I have tried others but I find these two to be the best options. They also have a list of dressing for the salad listed on top of the counter so take a look at that beforehand to know what dressing you would like. When they ask if you want the mushroom sauce just say yes as it makes the rice and potatoes that much better. As mentioned earlier they seem to always have a lineup but it moves fairly fast so the wait is usually a lot better than it may appear. This is a nice little gem and I find myself returning time after time. The price is relatively inexpensive (I believe around 9 or 10 dollars) for what you get so you can do a lot worse for a bite at your local food court.

Juicy chicken...in a food court??? No, your eyes and mouth do not deceive you. Look at that line stretching all the way down the hall. Look at the consensus across all of the reviews. Do you need more validation? The concept seems simple but is such a rare find in a food court. Fresh-cooked food, variety, fast service, good portion sizes, and affordable prices. It's the holy grail of food court finds. It's like Chipotles but with salads and without norovirus. No wonder this is the most popular place in the court. They serve up the fast-paced financial district crowd with super efficiency. If you're new to the Harvest Green experience and feeling overwhelmed, they've got pre-determined options for you like the Cajun Chicken Cobb Salad, or the Fish Taco salad. Modifications are allowed. Or pick and choose from the proteins and bases yourself. Of their ingredient list, chicken is clearly the star of the show. They've got like 10 different flavours of chicken (Tandoori, Honey Garlic, Peri-peri, etc.), lightly fried fish, and falafels for our vegetarian friends. Basic bases at no extra cost include brown rice, potatoes, romaine, KALE, and all types of salad dressing. You see how excited I got with kale? Usually they mark that stuff up now that it's a "superfood", but not here! Premium salads include mango salad, tuna salad, bean salad...and so on. But you know what, who cares? Mix and match however you like, it's ALL delicious! The chicken is flavourful and tender, the salads are super fresh. Orders are filled so quickly, your meat is always hot off the grill. And no matter what, it usually comes in around $10, which is basically the same as a combo meal at McDs. You don't need to break bank to eat healthy. There's hope for fast food after all! This place used to be called Sammy's Gourmet. I don't know the details behind the name change, but all of the same people are still there. If you've been to Sammy's before but haven't seen it since, they've really gone through a huge makeover. They specialize in salads and chicken. They also have fish, grilled tofu, and falafel. For the most part, I come here for the grilled chicken, whether it's in a box with rice, potatoes, and salad, or sometimes in a wrap if you feel like getting something you can eat on the go. It is always busy during lunch time. Expect to be in a line of 10-15 people. However, they have 3 or 4 people taking orders and have really streamlined the process so that you can go through your order in less than a minute: what chicken do you want? Rice or potatoes? Mushroom sauce? NEXT For under $10, you can get a nice big box of food with a pretty big piece of grilled chicken. It is understandable why this place is always busy.

Disappointed, I opted for a new addition, to be told that they could only put the dressing on the side in a take out bowl, as the dishwasher was broken. Will give it another try, but feel it's going down hill. We left and went elsewhere for a salad. If the server had agreed to mix the dressings in the takeout bowls, we would have purchased them. Apparently they couldn't accommodate. I don't want a takeout, deconstructed salad. That's what made Mandy's so good, but I think they've missed that point. There were barely any walnuts, and despite paying for extra cranberries, there were hardly any included. The kale made up most of the salads, yet it was tough & difficult to chew. Most importantly, these salads were by no means worth the price. For what was charged, I expected fresh ingredients and a reasonable balance of toppings. Instead, I received bowls that were mostly kale and quinoa, with the premium ingredients largely absent. What turned a disappointing meal into a terrible experience was the complete lack of accountability afterward. When I contacted Mandy's, I was directed to Uber Eats. Unfortunately, dealing with Uber Eats customer support was even more frustrating than receiving the food itself. The support process felt automated, impersonal, and entirely focused on closing the complaint rather than addressing the issue. Despite providing details about the poor quality of the food, my concerns were not taken seriously and no meaningful resolution was offered. Customers order through delivery platforms expecting some level of protection when food arrives in unacceptable condition. In this case, neither the restaurant nor Uber Eats seemed willing to take responsibility. Poor food quality is one thing; poor customer service from both companies makes the experience far worse. I won't be ordering from Mandy's again, and this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Uber Eats as well.

If you are aiming for healthy eats, then this is the place to hit up. Its in the downtown core and is accessible. They also offer a killer Portuguese Tart to wrap up a meal! CONs Unfortunately, this is where it goes off the rails a bit. Some of the cons to the location is that the price point isn't in line with other similar locations in the area. I get more salad/rice bowls from Salus just up the street for $5 cheaper. There is no differentiator between the two on this level. I think its reflected in the customer presence as well as I've rarely seen the location filled at lunch. I would say the return for a $20 rice bowl, the amount of rice and protein provided was concerning and miniscule in comparison to competitors in the area. The last con I have is that the location doesn't operate in cash which may be uncommon these days, but it can be annoying to those who do and don't have alternative ways of paying. The food is fine, but comparable and cheaper options are available nearby. I have no compelling reason to return here and that is one of the issues I face when I think about this location. Give the public something different or at a more competitive price to succeed.
