Long story short: What a gem! Delicious, fresh food and known for its seasonal bistro-style menu. Beautiful ambiance in a small space with exceptional service. Great location too, on the Ossington strip. Long story long: We ordered the olives and burrata to start, which were delicious! I ordered the seared Digby scallops, which was great, but the potato/leek/cauliflower that the scallops were sitting on could have been a bit more salted, otherwise, it was a delicious, light dish. My sister ordered the Veal, which was falling off the bone and flavourful! Definitely coming back for that with this season's menu, so I don't have to take "just a bite!" It's a smaller space and dimly lit, but has a wonderful atmosphere with red and orange lighting and doesn't feel overcrowded. The service is attentive and kind. It was a nice touch to have a coat check too. Definitely coming by again to try all six veggie seasons!

A great concept - seasonally rotated dishes consisting of a protein and side salads, with the ability to customize your bowl or choose from pre selected options. I tried 3 of the bowls they currently have in rotation - the Chicken Verde, Pork, and Baharat Brisket. With the exception of the chicken which had a "burnt grill" flavour, everything on each place was fresh and delicious!

Great spot in Ossington to fill your cocktail needs, and that's exactly what a functioning alcoholic like me needs! This spot is cool as hell, with private booths, a disco room, and bumpin' tracks throughout the day. But the main selling point was the service. A bartender/waitress there named Hart.....stole my HEART. Rockin' the cheetah print, and would tend to my alcoholic dependency...a blessing...an angel, if you will. She also recommended I tried the brisket and corn, and boys..were her taste buds right: COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF AT SEASON SIX: shit was DELICIOUS.

With their expansion of what could only be described as a daring if not impossible business venture - opening a farm to table takeout restaurant in the middle of a pandemic - Lara and Brook defy the odds yet again. This time, though, they can breathe easier. Season Six in its first incarnation proved to be a crave-worthy, quick and convenient take on nutritious food. With an emphasis on in-season ingredients sourced from people who care about what they grow and raise, I was a big fan of their bi-monthly menu swap which accommodated new, seasonal ingredients (thus the name Season Six). And I wasn't the only one. Season Six has amassed a reliable, hungry group of fans, who no doubt will be thrilled to know that their favourite takeout spot has grown from a tight but busy basement to a beautifully conceived, open space eatery. One has to be terrifically creative to open a restaurant during a pandemic. I look forward to seeing what that kind of creativity translates into with more space to play.

Wow, I believe this is my new favorite restaurant! I love the concept...menu changes 6 times a year to match the seasonal produce available. I like that it keeps things fresh and interesting. When we were there it was their late summer menu with items for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. It was a particularly warm day when we were there so we opted to eat inside instead of on their spacious picnic table style patio. I would consider this fast casual dining but the atmosphere and decor felt much nicer than that. While the food was quick presentation was still highly considered. The cocktail (and mock-cocktail) plus food we ordered were delicious. It definitely made me want to come back and see what is in store for each new season!

A friend and I were visiting from out of town and had heard about this spot so we decided to make a reservation and we are so glad that we did! The food was absolutely amazing, the drinks were fantastic and the service was excellent. The veal was incredible but you really can't go wrong with anything at season six. It's perfect for date night, a girls night or dinner with family.

Cancelled our reservation without any notice an hour early. Wouldn't suggest such an unprofessional establishment.

Loved everything, loved the interior aesthetic, which is in line with their Montréal restaurants. The salad empire lives on in Toronto! Disappointed, I opted for a new addition, to be told that they could only put the dressing on the side in a take out bowl, as the dishwasher was broken. The whole reason I love this place is because they add the dressing and serve in lovely, large bowls. They also only do takeout if you go in a hour before closing. Will give it another try, but feel it's going down hill. We left and went elsewhere for a salad. If the server had agreed to mix the dressings in the takeout bowls, we would have purchased them. Apparently they couldn't accommodate. I don't want a takeout, deconstructed salad. That's what made Mandy's so good, but I think they've missed that point. The place was empty on an early Sunday evening. Quite disappointing.

Their menu is pretty extensive; many options and you can actually create your own salad by checking off a checklist paper at the cash. Their dressings are all super tasty. Their menu staff are super friendly and welcoming. The service is pretty quick, but lunch hour can be a bit hectic as one expects. Super cute atmosphere and front patio seating available on Ossington for people watching as you enjoy your salad. I come here regularly because it's just so tasty, and a healthier option. Highly recommend!

There were barely any walnuts, and despite paying for extra cranberries, there were hardly any included. The kale made up most of the salads, yet it was tough & difficult to chew. Most importantly, these salads were by no means worth the price. For what was charged, I expected fresh ingredients and a reasonable balance of toppings. Instead, I received bowls that were mostly kale and quinoa, with the premium ingredients largely absent. What turned a disappointing meal into a terrible experience was the complete lack of accountability afterward. When I contacted Mandy's, I was directed to Uber Eats. Unfortunately, dealing with Uber Eats customer support was even more frustrating than receiving the food itself. The support process felt automated, impersonal, and entirely focused on closing the complaint rather than addressing the issue. Despite providing details about the poor quality of the food, my concerns were not taken seriously and no meaningful resolution was offered. Customers order through delivery platforms expecting some level of protection when food arrives in unacceptable condition. In this case, neither the restaurant nor Uber Eats seemed willing to take responsibility. Poor food quality is one thing; poor customer service from both companies makes the experience far worse. I won't be ordering from Mandy's again, and this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Uber Eats as well.

There are several things that I want to bring up with this location…read more PROs The pros are that the food provided is great, it tastes good and is healthy which is one of the main goals of going to the establishment. If you are aiming for healthy eats, then this is the place to hit up. Its in the downtown core and is accessible. They also offer a killer Portuguese Tart to wrap up a meal! CONs Unfortunately, this is where it goes off the rails a bit. Some of the cons to the location is that the price point isn't in line with other similar locations in the area. I get more salad/rice bowls from Salus just up the street for $5 cheaper. There is no differentiator between the two on this level. I think its reflected in the customer presence as well as I've rarely seen the location filled at lunch. I would say the return for a $20 rice bowl, the amount of rice and protein provided was concerning and miniscule in comparison to competitors in the area. The last con I have is that the location doesn't operate in cash which may be uncommon these days, but it can be annoying to those who do and don't have alternative ways of paying. The food is fine, but comparable and cheaper options are available nearby. I have no compelling reason to return here and that is one of the issues I face when I think about this location. Give the public something different or at a more competitive price to succeed.

I've actually had Brasa previously many years ago for a Yelp event but this time I decided to stop by the Queen St. location to grab dinner. Their menu boasts unique flavours where ingredients are fresh and nutritious. I decided to order a bowl from their phone app where my order was made in about 15 min. Upon arriving at Brasa, the space is accessible where the cashier/food counter area is to your right. On the left there is bar seating where you could enjoy your items there. I mentioned to staff that I was there to pick up my food where it was already made. In terms of food, I ordered the tuna ceviche bowl (Organic tricolour Peruvian quinoa, marinated tuna, avocado and sweet potato blossoms, two types of Peruvian corn, finely sliced red onion) which cost around $17. I had the bowl for dinner and it felt super healthy with the quinoa, avocado, and tuna! The ingredients tasted great together and the crunchy corn added a crunchy textural element to the bowl.
