This is an example of how Brenden responded to me via text: Brenden: "I'm not gonna fight with you over it the video clearly shows the line isn't leaking the blue valve housing is. There is no way you had a drip that bad for 2 weeks and just noticed it today. You noticed a tiny defrost water leak 12 hrs after they left. They didn't unhook the water or turn the water off or mess with the water in any way so there's no way they cracked the valve. I am not replacing a part we didn't break or damage. Period. Admittedly, I'm still waiting for the dryer to be working again, but at least Dayvid is trying to have the broken part repaired. He was polite and professional.
