I was in this area of Gallatin Pike today (not exactly Beverly Hills) and decided to pop in East End and see what they're all about. I was in the store for several minutes and never once saw an employee...or anyone for that matter. But no big deal--if I'd found a fridge I needed I would have hollered for some assistance. From what I can tell, they have plenty of appliances that appear to be in pretty good shape (second hand of course). If you can't quite afford a brand new, sparkling Frigidaire, this is the place to go.

The owner, Brendan, was extremely rude when I tried to explain what occurred. This is an example of how Brenden responded to me via text: Brenden: "I'm not gonna fight with you over it the video clearly shows the line isn't leaking the blue valve housing is. There is no way you had a drip that bad for 2 weeks and just noticed it today. You noticed a tiny defrost water leak 12 hrs after they left. They didn't unhook the water or turn the water off or mess with the water in any way so there's no way they cracked the valve. I am not replacing a part we didn't break or damage. Period.
