Wow so hip so modern so cool. They source all their ingredients locally. We were sitting outside and we saw one of their chickens escaped onto the road. The chicken crossed the road! We got a latte from the coffee spot. The barista grounded her own coffee bean and you know they do it right. The avocado toast is flowing with avocado and arugula. Solid bread that stands up and the salt is nice. The rose island and their sandwiches is where it shines. I'd go back to try the other ones. I'd wish I came here a few more times. The price point is what you expect for a major city price and the customer service is friendly and attentive.

The bagel sandwich was great. Very flavorful and everything paired well together. I'm not sure if the coffee counter is also considered the same restaurant, but they were extremely slow. We ordered our bagels and finished them before we received two drip coffees.

Came in for a quick breakfast - husband got the nitro brew and I got large coffee. For breakfast, I got a Rose Island on a bagel & hubby got the St. Augustine on Ezekiel bread. Delicious & interesting flavors.

We were looking for a deli and came across harvest at the end of Thames st. What a privilege to have been able to eat their delicious food. The bread is made here Belinda and it is simply fabulous. You must make the extra walk or drive down to the 5th ward for this. The baguette was so light and crispy and so flavorful and fresh. We had a sandwich with BLT, chicken, fresh mozzarella and guacamole- it is called the fort Adams. Truest great but you will want to take fresh bread home with you.

We had heard about Harvest market on other social media platforms....and those reviews were amazing. So it worked out perfect for my husband and I to visit Newport the other weekend and stop in to Harvest Market!! WOAH!! EPIC!!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. All their food is fresh and locally sourced...I had the ruggles bagel sandwich and it was packed with bacon, egg, avocado and the most delicious basil aioli...my husband had a blueberry/cheese danish as well as an English muffin breakfast sandwich. We also both enjoyed coffee. When in Newport be sure to check out Harvest Market

Solid coffee. Friendly staff. Convenient spot to avoid the mayhem of downtown Newport. Would recommend to the next guy!

The Ruggles might be the best breakfast sandwich in Newport. You really can't have a bad day if you start it off with a Ruggles.

For a quick breakfast item, croissant, muffin it's really good. Full breakfast meal can be very costly.

I did a Google search and saw that The Coffee Guy was close to me and that they had a variety of beans that they roast in house. I stopped in to the shop and walked up to their display of bags of coffee beans. The owner introduced himself as well as the staff. They were all very friendly and knowlegable. I made my selection and brought it to the counter to purchase. They also serve coffee and pastry but this trip I just wanted the beans. They offered to grind them to whatever courseness I wanted, but I prefer to grind them at home. A pound of coffee averages $20 and they have a frequent buyer program (when you reach purchases of $100, you get a $5 credit. This is tracked so your purchases accumulate). They also deliver to the area on Wednesday's if you order online by their Tuesday Night deadline. I have tried this and my coffee was on my doorstep before 9 that Wednesday. Very convenient. Lastly, the store is not that big with not much room for sitting (I honestly can't remember if they had seating.) However, if you are looking to source your beans or grab a cup of coffee on the go, this is a great option.

On the left wall was a large selection of balsamic vinegar. On the right wall is a large collection of olive oil. In the back was a counter you could order food at, and in the middle were table and chairs. They have sampling cups to taste the vinegars and oils. They really encouraged us to keep sampling, which was great because I feel awkward sampling too much. No shame here! We tried some very tasty balsamic vinegars. My favorite was the ume, or Japanese plum. It was very sweet! The oils were good, too, but I only sampled a couple because sampling oil without bread felt weird. We left with a few bottles at balsamic and a bottle of olive oil. They sell different sized bottles, too, and they bottle it right in front of you. One of the standouts we got was blueberry, it has an amazing blueberry taste! Definitely check this place out if you need some fun balsamic in your life- we all do!
